haha yeah i'd blame that on the fact that he can barely hold his weapons, the angle of his wrist articulation sorta, and his tiny shoulders. or rather they're too close to his body so i feel the range is a little wonky sometimes.

joemama13 09-17-2011 04:02 PM

Deadpool from the comic 2 pack is the best mu figure

Jason Abbadon 09-17-2011 05:11 PM

That's a great pic.
Everyone is all posed for battle and HUlk is like "Oh, someone to hit? Okay."

I wonder what the Silver Samuari could do with Hulk's bigass sword? His mutant power is so underutilized.

NoodleChow 09-17-2011 05:31 PM

which reminds me, i gotta make some kinda flame effect that could go on SS's blades. i think my favorite summation of the hulk is in the avengers emh show where there's that kree bomb which threatens to blow up the entire planet and hulk just says, "bet i'll survive it." so true, hulk. so true.

Snowflakian 09-19-2011 03:24 PM

Now that I have X-23, DarkHawk and Commander rogers. I'm going to change what I said earlier.

X-23 is easily the best female figure, and Commander rogers is an epic figure too.
They both have swivel cut thighs, X-23 has swivel elbows, and they both have swivel calves and my favorite part, they have ball heads with hinged tilts! X-23's hair gets in the way, but these two bucks by far are utterly amazing. Makes me excited for the rest to come. I can't wait to see how spidey works out with that make buck, or for that matter Spider-girl. Hasbro really hit it out of the park with these.

Galaxy Ranger 09-19-2011 05:25 PM

I just picked up Steve Rogers and I have to say best head sculpt and possibly best figure to date!! Very happy with where this line is headed!! DC take a page from Hasbro's 3 3/4 figure handbook!!

loublanco1976 09-19-2011 06:18 PM

I've been on forums before where the points etc. become a big part of the forum. That's why my post count is so low after a month, I post between one and 5 times a day usually I think. (sorry for the off topic, just needed saying)

Edit: Case in point, a debate about points has already begun!

I honestly have NO IDEA what this whole points thing is. One day I go to leave a comment and I noticed it.

What's the point of it all? Do you win something?

You could win something indeed....like the chance to have to wade through tons of bullshit posts all day long. -Who wants this-which one is better- where do I buy-my favorite is-I wish this-I wish that-blah blah blah

I like reading about other people's opinions, who they wanna see made, who they like/dislike. Normal conversation stuff. It's why we're here, I guess.

What I don't like is when people get all pissy if someone makes a thread that may have existed for a week in July or something of that nature. I've been a member of this site for some time now but only recently started looking through these really awesome boards. It hasn't happened to me yet, but I've seen people act personally offended if a a thread is started twice.

But thanks for the heads up to the whole points thing.

Galactus 09-21-2011 07:33 PM

All around? Galactus, i know i may seem bias... but...i cant help it! no ne competes with him his sculpt is above and beyond and he has a great paint job and articulation (his feet also actauly DO swivle you just gotta put a good amount of effort into it, he also swivles at teh knee as well) i think he's the best followed by Apocalypse, than WWH.

SoundWave88 09-21-2011 07:50 PM

Apocalypse, Thanos, Dr. Strange, Archangel. I also like phasing Vision.

jjk1120 09-21-2011 08:12 PM

I'm still partial to Hobgoblin

Still Wind 09-21-2011 08:19 PM

How about wolverine from the x-force 3-pack. I like the height and look of the overall figure.

Modern armor? are you talking about the bleeding edge?

only problem is articulation sucks, so I'd say no (to "best all around"). The new Astonishing Wolvie suffers the same articulation issues, or lack of.

That's a solid figure. I think it doesn't get recognized as much as some of the other gems because,... it's Ironman and we have a million versions of him. Not my favorite (cable is), but a really nice figure.

It's a truly incredible figure and one f my favorites but DAMN! Why cant they make an Iron Man armor in the correct scale!?!? It's too damn small next to any other Avenger! Spidey is bigger and Hawkeye is waay bigger!
The figure needs to be about 10% larger overall to look good next to the other Avengers- and that's annoying when you see that they made the IM2 comic line the correct scale! My Silver Centurian, Neo-Classic or Classic Red and Gold armor all look right- and obviously larger than the Bleeding Edge armor.
