I ment more in terms of consistency. They'll air three or four new episodes, then go into repeats for a month. Air three or four new eps, then repeat for a month.
It would do them much better to have all the shows they air on friday coordinated as best they can.

The only way Disney XD is worse, is they have no scheduling. Between repeats of Suite Life, I'm in the Band, and Phineas and Ferb, they air whatever they feel like, whenever they feel like. (Haven't seen a single episode of Avengers since it left it's Wednesday night timeslot, a year ago, and when I do find one, it's repeating the bloody Kang invasion)

KingLouie731 11-05-2011 06:06 PM

Enjoyable ep last night. I was really into it it and didn't know what was going to be the big reveal. I heard season 2 is going to have some sort of invasion angle so I was wondering if this was a forshadowing/direct setup. either way pleasantly suprised. now who is looking forward to Superboy vs Captain Marvel esp after the way he was hugging up on M'gann at the end. As far as the spotty schedule yeah I would like consistency so I know when to watch and when to look online

I don't think that's any sort of big deal, to Superboy, or Marvel, or anyone. Marvel certainly wasn't trying to put any moves on her, or "get in good."
And I don't think Superboy saw it as such (Maybe I missed something, but I didn't see any anger or jealousy in him when he was looking at them. Just worry for her)

xhavoc86 11-05-2011 07:23 PM

I dislike M'gann, I just find her so insufferable and annoying :(

I was also kinda sad that she didn't feel sorry about Aqualad "dying", she reacted to everyone's "deaths" but his. lol

It's also funny that the minority characters died first Artemis (part Asian) and Aqualad. lol

LXL_Guy 11-05-2011 10:29 PM

Just watched the episode and enjoyed it. I like the twist ending in it being a training exercise.

I'm not sure if it was really a twist ending. It was kind of obvious once they started killing off the heavy hitters something wasn't right. It had to be a dream, time travel, or training exercise type episode from that alone so early on.

Granted we do know that someone will die by season's end, but the amount of deaths in this episode so fast just made it too obvious.

Still a great episode though.

LXL_Guy 11-05-2011 10:43 PM

I kind of thought dream sequence towards the end. Just wasn't expecting training exercise gone wrong. I was still inclined to go with teleportation to another dimension or planet in terms of explaining the disintegration.

Otherwise it was good still.

Who was that standing next to Zatanna & Red Arrow?

mere speculation and fanboy desire to see two heroes bust each other up. however with that said I wouldn't put it out of the realm of possibility as Superboy has a temper and they could use it to build something, not that they are. All I'm saying is that if your woman was that upset wouldn't you want her leaning on you and not some other dude, granted she thought/thinks Marvel is an adult but we know otherwise, so all I'm saying is that there is a potential story there, even if they don't go with it.

I do think they're building up to something between Superboy and Marvel. They've shown Marvel getting on Conner's nerves, and they've shown Conner doing things to "get rid of him," for a while.
I do think it may even escalate to blows. And if this little comforting incident comes up in that, I think Conner would just be using it to add fuel to his fire and further justify his attitude, more than any true problem with it.
Mainly, I think all of this, because I think Marvel's identity is going to come out to them in a big way. And I think the biggest way would be as a lesson for Superboy to control his anger, and see the world for what it really is.

This depends greatly on the situation. They *all* just went through a hugely tramatic experience. M'gann more than any of them since she felt responcible for it (Even though Batman *almost* went out of his way to say she's not to blaim), as well as the fact that the person she loves and trusts most on this alien world, so far from home... her uncle... just betrayed and killed her. Fairly brutally, too.
Sure, it wasn't real, but it felt real to her. If me and my girl had just been through that sort of situation... I'd be far more worried about my girl, than I would be about the mentor figure who's comforting her.

That said... had it been Superman, I do think there'd be some level of hell to pay. Anyone else on the league... Batman, Flash, Green Arrow, Zatara, I don't think Conner would really feel threatened by.

KingLouie731 11-06-2011 02:08 PM

Crazy Jetty I am in agreement with your record of events and I think it would be brilliant to use this as an opportunity to reveal Marvel's secret identity. As far as Martian Manhunter goes, it was really intense when he 'woke' M'Gann up down to his expression so much so I was all like 'what just happened?' good show and really building up to some big stories hopefully the payoff is just as good

Crazy Jetty 11-06-2011 02:21 PM

@King Louie

Definately agree that it's building and getting better. This show happies me.

LXL_Guy 11-12-2011 04:59 AM

Latest episode was pretty good. I like the introduction of Forever People in this. I'm enjoying this series more and more with each episode.

Plus more Black Canary so I'm content.

xhavoc86 11-18-2011 11:31 AM

Don't forget about today's episode!

Zatanna returns! and she teams up with Artemis! It's a halloween special i believe.

Crazy Jetty 11-18-2011 06:21 PM

I *reaaaally* enjoyed Captain Marvel in tonight's episode. He stole it for me.

Not related to tonights ep, I'm calling Harley Quinn to be a teenager if she ever shows up. I bet anything she'll be a teenager.

xhavoc86 11-18-2011 11:53 PM

YES! Captain Marvel's appearance was hilarious, its always funny to see him because I don't think they realize he's really just a kid under it all lol

As for the episode, its my second favorite right now, I love Zatanna and the more I see of Artemis, the more I grow to like her. And I'm actually starting to doubt that she's the traitor on the team...it just seems more and more unlikely even with her ties to Sportsmaster/Cheshire. I'm starting to believe the whole "Sleeper" agent Superboy theory.

LXL_Guy 11-18-2011 11:54 PM

Anything important even take place in tonights episode?!

I thought red tornado was already said to be the "traitor"

Snowflakian 11-19-2011 12:01 AM

Hell yes this episode rocked!

I want this episode to be a prelude into another team addition.

I hope this episode comes back around to play into more. I want more of her in the toon so it starts feeling like young justice and not teen titans 2.0 still. Especially if it plays off of her comic crush on Robin and maybe even allows a Spoiler cameo ep. If you don't know who I mean... That's because it's a Secret.

Fortune 11-19-2011 12:04 AM

I missed todays episode :(

LXL_Guy 11-19-2011 12:06 AM

I have a feeling a White Martian story line is gonna take place in the future.

Search for it on Youtube. Someone uploaded it already. Search 'Young Justice episode 18'.

Yup, too many hints about it for awhile now. That's 3 episodes already that they've mentioned in, or had Miss Martian freak out about it considering her origins.

So at the very least that'll come to light, like the Cap Marvel thing that still needs to, and the easiest way for it to happen and have impact is in context of either during a ruthless battle with one, or after an invasion of them to create tension among the team.

Batman doesn't believe it, he mentions Connor as his suspicion and Batman is always right. Always. Mostly. No always. lol

A lot of people I talked to on comicbook forums hated this episode because it was filler, but I'm glad others thought it was good here! It was a good filler episode, a Halloween special i should say!

Oh and definitely about the Miss Martian thing, season 2 of Young Justice is called "Invasion" hint hint. lol

I don't know, they may use Robin's guesses to show how he's grown to be a better than batman batman. Especially after that last episode's training sim.

So far for the traitor I'm leaning on Miss Martian. Artemis is too obvious especially with the timing of the "OMG you have a traitor in your midst!" being brought up, and Superboy is possible and would reflect DCnU titans, but I'm not sure how far in advance they thought of for that. Especially seems weird with how he escaped with help.

Though then again... one of the silhouettes of the Light looks like the guy who helped him escape.

Miss Martian just seems more likely for how much focus they have on her plus next season and her reveal plus tension among the team about her true heritage.

I loved this episode. I just hope they prove it's not filler (and really, how many episodes so far have been filler of any kind?) by bringing you know who in for a few more episodes considering the age was just right for Robin and would let her start to have the things she lost because of her brother. Including a crush on Robin. I'd love to see just an entire episode of her following Robin from how it can be played off in the story and comedicly. They don't even have to add her to the team officially right away, just have her start following them, curious about them because of Artemis and Zatanna with those two not realizing she followed them back to the cave.

Of course they could always bring her back in a later season using the DEO storyline that YJ comics first premiered with too. Lots of possibilities are open now for exploration in the future.

xhavoc86 11-26-2011 01:57 PM

Yesterday was the one year anniversary of Young Justice! Sadly, no new episode or reruns were shown...but hurray anyways!

kenm2474 11-26-2011 08:28 PM

When is a new episode airing again? I looked two weeks ahead and nothing.
