A bit similar, the colorization in the SDCC Thor is a lot better though.

Plus I believe the heads are different.

I am a huge consumer of your Marvel Universe line and so far all your new figures have been a vast improvement. You listened to our requests to add stands, you did, and we thank you. HOWEVER. You now take that away from us? WHY WOULD YOU DO THAT?!?!
You also took away our fire cards, I LOVED THOSE!! Now, we get worthless little comic covers???? What did we do you Hasbro? Did we hurt you in some way? Please, let us know, WE ARE SORRY!! JUST GIVE US OUR STANDS BACK!! :'(.

The over played and starting to get sick of Deadpool saying different things on the cards will be the justification enough for the same price in Hasbros Eyes....

I see that the female MU figures still have not improved any in terms of sculpt. Really don't regret getting out of this line now.

If it's any consolation, know that it's one of the easiest figures to make. Here are the ingredients:

1st class comic pack Marvel Girl
+ repaint (black for xforce or purple for reg)
+ add a sash (from Ms Marvel or sculpt it)
------------------------------------------
= exact replica of the retail version

I'd suggest we all make our own version and stick it to HASBLOW for giving us the same old shitty female base with no improvements...unless you're weak-willed like me and crumble at the might of MU in your hands...

taking out the stands is just mean. but in all fairness i have a pile of stands! i dont care to use them for most of my guys! i'm not a MOC guy, maybe if i was it would be a different story, but as it stands (ha) the distance of the pegs just doesn't work so well on everyone.

i was sooo sure, and i know some of you were too, that Storm and Psylocke were getting brand new sculpts!? but no.

if you separate the figures into re-used parts we probably only have 6 figures. and in time those too will be re-used to death. :( its funny because the customizers take apart what Hasbro gives in order to make different/ better versions of characters.... Hasbro in turn does the same thing... which then leads to less parts for the customizers to use! terrible.

I actually want all 4 of those figs from that wave... and I don't even know who the dude with the Cap shield is.

I know the feeling... I think my best bet to get MU Psylocke will be my LCS and I gotta be there within 20 mins of them getting it in. I only saw Cable once at retail and that was in a revision case that came out months later. Too bad Psylocke didn't come in the Iceman/Mags/Astonishing Wolvie wave... I see that wave pretty much EVERYWHERE.
