The Starfire figure is great. I'm still pissed the Raven figure from awhile back was TERRIBLE. It didn't even look like Raven...

I didn't much like the WW release, but I am very much interested in this Starfire one. What time do pre-orders go online? Is it 12 am EST? Also, is this available on Amazon?

Usually it is around Noon. I would be interested in the follow up interview with Todd after this goes up for preorder. "So, that's two female figures in a row that sold out, that were essentially classic styled figures that many fans seem to really crave. Care to comment?"
