It makes me wonder what exactly those toys will be. I can't help but wonder if once the relaunch happens, we only see post secret wars characters made in the Legends lines.

I would jump all over some 6" Legends of Secret Wars figures. I just finished reading #11 yesterday. I'm really into this...........30 years later:o

Glad to hear it! I picked up an extra Zemo a few weeks back in an attempt to make an legends style Secret Wars Zemo. I also have completely lost my mind and started buying junker Secret Wars figures off eBay and turning them into customs of characters that would have been around during the time of the original Secret Wars. I should post some pics of my work in progress figures.

With all that being said, does anyone have any original Secret Wars figures they are looking to sell? ;)

ChuckSass 05-27-2015 10:37 AM

My money is on some sort of cosmic team again, perhaps the Infinity Watch. or maybe West Coast Avengers, Mockingbird, Repainted Hawkeye, Wonderman, and Tigra or something

I would drop the GOTG in a heartbeat! I'm actually on the fence on keeping my pre order actually for it...

I would love that as well.

donmeca2020 05-27-2015 11:39 AM

anyone know how to fix the legs on any of spider-man figures? for some reason as i posted last night, Superior's lower leg seems to be coming right off. this is preventing him from even standing at all...

not sure if this is just a crappy made figure or mine took some damage last night when he fell of the shelf.

Something is wrong with your specific figure. I've bought and used that figure numerous times for customs, and he's solid. Post some pics if you'd like some help figuring out how to fix it.

As cool as both of these are, I don't find these to be likely. Both are kind of flash in the plan versions of these characters. Hasbro pretty much said as much about the "missing" Phoenix Cyclops figure. Not hating, just not realistic in my opinion.

I'm favoring some kind of Marvel Now Uncanny X-men team pack for SDCC. The digital sculpt for Magik was teased last SDCC along with Dormammu, who was the villain for a couple of issues.

decepticon_mark 05-27-2015 02:57 PM

While I'm not a big Xmen fan (yeah I know BOO,HISS). I'd be down for Dormammu. He's been a major villain to virtually every hero in the Marvel Universe. Truthfully though for you Xmen fans a set based on your favorite mutants wouldn't hurt my feelings since it'd save my poor wallet who's scared to death of what the SDCC exclusive could be.

i'll see if i can get some tonight.... it looks like it's close to just coming right off.

on topic about the SDCC special figures, i wouldnt think anything X-men related would come out. even as others brought up last night. Marvel has been having legal battles with the movie production company and what not. i wouldnt see them trying to make anymore X-men or fantastic four merchandise until all those legal battles are finished.

donmeca2020 05-27-2015 08:48 PM

As you guys can see his leg to the left of this photo. it just looks kinda messed up. he is still able to stand, but his pose makes him look like he has a big problem with his leg lol

i tried pushing the pin that connects it to the knee more in. no change though. i might have to end up getting another superior sucks...

That looks like it might just be that the little plastic piece that holds the two ends of the leg together is warped. Try taking a hair dryer to it to soften it up (or dipping it in some boiling water), moving it back to the correct orientation, and then sticking it in the freezer (or running it under some cold water) to stiffen it back up in the correct position.

Aside from the figure standing odd, you really can't tell anything from this picture. Take a close up of the knee from the back so we can see what's really going on with joint. No sense in you buying a new figure when a simple at home fix is all thats needed.

warmachine6 05-28-2015 04:55 AM

@donmecha2020
looks to me that the knee joint has been effected.
try putting the figure in boiling water i.e the leg up to the knee
then keep it straight as it cools should fix the problem
what todigandbedug said ^_^

donmeca2020 05-28-2015 06:01 AM

Ill get another Pic today. Thanks for all the comments guys !!

Dr Kain 05-28-2015 06:23 AM

Heat his leg up and run him under cold water as you hold down on it tightly . It should reposition it a bit.

Spyne98 05-28-2015 08:42 AM

I'm a huge X-Men fan. I grew up watching the 90's cartoon and I have an X-Men tattoo. I would love to see a box set, but I'm with donmeca2020. I doubt we'll see anything X-Men or Fantastic Four related. I could see an X-Men character thrown into a set, like if they do something revolving the Axis story. Maybe we'd get a Zen-Pool Deadpool or a new Apocalypse. Maybe the Red Skull Onslaught even. But I highly doubt any all X-Men box set.
A magic people set would be cool. Use that New Dr. Strange body and give it a classic paint job, Dormammu, Baron Mordo, hell, throw Magik in there since we know they were working on one.

Yeah post em up would love to see them. I was looking around on Ebay, they seem pretty cheap for loose ones. I only bought Magneto and Dr. Doom a couple years ago. I just got tied up in Legends and Black and kind of forgot about these. Time to start digging into these again. I see Gentle Giant is making the Jumbo figures. Cool but way to expensive for me.

Same here, there's many things I'd love to see be made and have listed them before as guesses for the SDCC exclusive. But as far as what I think it will be one of these:

1. Guardians Of The Galaxy set of some kind
2. All New All Different Avengers
3. Magic related set including Magik and Dormammu. I think this is most likely since they revealed those two figures some time ago and there's not been of word of where they are placing them.

If we don't get an ANAD Avengers set this year, count on it for next year.

Magik I suspect will be the only X-character we will see for the forseeable future. Maybe they'll finally release Moonstar or Rogue at some point, but I'm thinking not.

While we've already received a Scarlet Witch this year, I'd welcome an Uncanny Avengers box set as a sneaky way to include Rogue alongside a new Wonder Man, modern Scarlet Witch, modern Quicksilver, and possibly a Doctor Voodoo. At least, that would have been a slight possibility had Remender's series be doing better than it currently is.

I don't see an X-men SDCC exclusive being out of the realm of possibility. As of late, all the X-men figures in legends have been only released as exclusives. (Puck wave, All New X-men team pack, and Jubilee wave) Marvel knows that the X-men are a gold mine.

Heck yeah they are...

Kirathis 05-28-2015 10:53 AM

I like Spyne's idea regarding the magic based set since we know there is a Magik in the works and repainting Strange to classic colors and slapping on cape would be easy and cost effective. It seems like a fair possibility knowing Hasbro's modus operandi as of late.

However, I would also be fine with an X-Men related set. It would make a bunch of people happy and I could skip shelling out for the SDCC set this year LOL.

i absolutely LOVED the 90s cartoon !!!! i have the entire show on a hard drive of mine, been meaning to get some time to just sit back and watch all of the episodes when time permits. im also awaiting the X-men "92 comic that should be getting released next week. i know a member on here has his sig a picture of nightcrawler, storm, and cyclops at the movies. if i recall correctly that was even prior to the 90s cartoon.

anywho back on topic, im sure what we will see is another series of spidey figures which im 100% all for, i also do believe they MIGHT try pushing inhumans action figures on us...

i would love to see

Howard the duck
Doc Green hulk
why not throw in a old man logan

i can think of tons of figures the question is what is up Hasbro's sleeve? i still think there is a possibility for Spider-gwen, Silk, Spider UK etc
