Got 20th Cap, Zemo, and Strange yesterday. Cap is what made me get back into Legends, and he does not disappoint. Strange and Zemo are also really good. I like the unmasked head on Ultimate Cap a lot as well.

Also not technically Legends, but I really like this LC head as a Peter Parker. I assume it would fit okay on a Legends figure too.

Well... in some actual good news for today, Shriek and my replacement Morlun showed up. There seem to be no issues with Morlun, though, I still am trying to figure out why he has a second head when it's 99% the same. Shriek is really nice with those double jointed elbows and pinless legs. A shame I'll never be able to complete Armadillo because I'm impressed with the two pieces I have.

Bro i would pick up the other pieces loose if ya can. Hes got trouble standing so ya have to do some creative posing but he will stand and hes a really awesome baf.

I agree with Harbinger that he is a great figure. I picked up every figure on sale except 1. Armadillo and Ursa Major are my 2 favorite BAFs the past 12 months.

That's just it though, the other pieces cost almost as much as the figures.

Not sure what to do on that end. Maybe get the figs ya need keep the pieces and sell 5he other things to recoup some of what ya spent?

I've tried that before and it always blows up in my face. No one wants to spend the cost of shipping plus the figure loose when they can buy an unopened one for less. Everyone seems to think the cost of shipping is magically free for the seller.

Plus, the two Spideys and Strange that come with the pieces are like $30-50 each.

I've literally given up on trying to chase down BAF parts when I'm only into one or two figures from a wave. It always works out cheaper just to spend the $50-70 (or more, as was the case with Apocalypse). As a recent example, I just got a sealed Demogoblin Vulture at cost from a buddy. I've wanted to build Demogoblin for awhile now, but a) most of the figures from that wave have no place on my shelves, and b) just buying the remaining parts came out to like $90 after shipping, etc... Fuck that shit, I bought a complete one for $60 and threw the head that came with my Vulture in the closet to give away if I ever get another goddam day off*.




*I haven't forgotten you fellas, I just work my ass off.

I remember there was like a brief moment when Marvel Legends in general were kind of trending down in value and a lot of people were getting out... I think this was just before the Pandemic hit in late 2019/early 2020... that was a good time to track down older figs and fill out holes and finish off BAFs and whatnot. Then BAM... something happened and like now prices are getting crazy again... especially for older Spidey stuff.
