This move seem pretty desperate. They moved Mephisto to tier 2 and stuck in a random X-Men character to try to attract backers. Sorry Hasbro, I want a Goblin Queen figure, but I don't need to spend over $400 to get it.

Oh, for sure, it would have to get backed first. I'm definitely not going to back the whole project either, but I could see me spending part of that for the Goblin Queen.

Also, I do agree it seems desperate. But I'm keeping in mind that for quite some time it looked like Galactus wouldn't meet its backing goals, and then suddenly in the last week or so it meet those goals and multiple tiers.

See, I never hated the new HasLab. But it seemed like a huge price tag. Madelyne makes me want to back it, but not until they hit that 10000 mark. Once I see 10,001 backers, I'll drop money. But with no underboob, that seems like a figure that could have easily been released in a X-Men wave, vintage card or otherwise.

I guess im In the minority but i dont mind her not have underboob. I mind her being included with a ghost driver set when shes an xmen character.

If there was ever a place to release a Goblin Queen with underboob it would have been in this HasLab. I mean, they said it themselves, this is the opportunity to release figures that they otherwise would/could not release to the general public. No kids are dropping $350 on a HasLab. From how many here commented on her underboob, that would have been the kick this HasLab needed to entice the adult collectors.

Another opportunity missed.

Walmart just message me that Lizard is shipping soon. This was at the same time I got a message from Amazon that my Joes that weren't supposed to be out until March are shipping soon too. WTF?!

I would've backed this immediately at $200 and maybe even $250. I definitely want it but given that they limit the payment methods, I can't even stretch it into my budget via monthly payments. Add in that the Sentinel gave so much more figure for the price and I just can't justify the cost. I'll even admit that if they added Alejandra, I'd have accepted up to $300. I mean, the cost can get me at least 2 Titan-class Transformers figures plus 3rd party addons and decal kits.


Also, MCU Ironheart is really growing on me. Mine comes in the mail today (thanks to a random delay of 2 days) but after seeing reviews and the latest BP2 trailer solidifies the different shape/feel she seems to have. She seems like a midpoint between Iron Man and War Machine with some hints of Hammer Drone and Wakandan touches.

D+ Clint is back on Amazon.com for $22.99 It says October 6th release but when I preordered him the order page says March 2023. Under the March date it says October too so who knows

It's never going to happen if people take this strategy! You don't pay a dime until the campaign is over, and you can back out at any point before that. If you might want it, you should back it. If there are only 9,000 backers an hour before the campaign finishes, just back out. I really think this "wait and see" tactic is going to end up seeing three or four thousand people unnecessarily tank a thing they wanted and could have had.
