I was being lazy on the hands. I need some flesh colored ones with the fingers pointed out for her(like Scarlett Witches). I definitely didn't want to come across as accusing you of implying that, and if I did I'm sorry. I just think it's a pretty horrific comparison, and it's also not great to say that people who collect toys shouldn't be sensitive and aware of rape. Word choice discrepancies aside, I don't feel forced to buy the SDCC sets on Ebay at ludicrous prices, but I do it anyway as I want them in my collection, and see the monetary setback as worth it. Although, I opted out of last year's set as Gladiator was the only figure that interested me. This year though, all bets are off. Easily my most anticipated MLs since X-Force in 2012!

Also, that Enchantress is brilliant, Byrnes! Love the added sash around her waist, it works really well.

At least on FB it's relatively lower I suppose haha, but dang that is high. Probably due to the years that have gone by...The Thanos set might shoot up in price down the road...

Its not about being "politically correct" as rape isn't a political issue. You can call it price gouging, you can call it scalping, call it whatever where the definitions fit. But rape is not something where someone has a choice. You have a choice in buying these figures.

Its not that rape is offending people, its how you're throwing the word around in ways that don't match the word's definition.

Now, you can say "why does it matter on a toy forum" but isn't it really about why should I have to 1) read about rape on a toy forum or 2) correct someone about it who's been told by others more than once. You're the one being rude here. If your 10 year old son came on this forum looking for a spiderman figure and he came to you and said "dad, what's rape?" you'd be miffed that he saw that word on "a toy forum" right?

People should be more conscious of what they say on a toy forum, not less.

As I've said more than once in the last few pages, just watch this site in the days after SDCC or better yet, watch TFW2005. They will post within seconds when the exclusives go up on hasbrotoyshop.com and the Marvel ones last a few hours if not all day (compared to the Star Wars/Magic the Gathering/Transformers which last minutes or maybe an hour.

If you're that concerned about getting the SDCC exclusives at a fair price just watch the boards in the days after. It's not hard.

I'm a little "miffed" that people are pretending they never heard that phrased used other then upon a crime or at least pretending they never did.

It apparently is about being politically correct because someone made the issue 6 or so posts above and about however many hours ago. i don't believe what so ever that im speaking to a bunch of children on this site. im 31 years old, and i seriously doubt children would be talking about articulation, $825 dollar hulkbusters, and the next SDCC exclusive. i mean c'mon now.... Well I could be wrong but I'm betting the Amazon pack will be in the fall to coincide with the Blu Ray release.

Every press release listed it to be a Spring release alongside the Target 3-pack with Ultron, Vision, and Hulk.

That's true, we haven't seen any of the multipacks. Hopefully they were just delayed to Christmas, but someone should try to ask Hasbro at SDCC if they can.
