I could have sworn reveals were earlier last year

My bad. I msiread the post above me, thought it said have we seen anything new.

tlasjr 02-21-2020 10:45 PM

I'm betting on a WW84 sublime for the movie. My questions is will Hiya bring anything to the table.

Frozenstratos 02-22-2020 10:49 AM

TFU just posted some single packs we haven't already seen from the spin master line.
Single Pack Grodd
Single Pack Black Manta
Gold Wonder Woman
Gun Metal Cyborg

So. Much. Awesome.

Jay West 02-22-2020 11:57 AM

Toynewsi has pics of Catwoman, a Talon, and maybe Bronze Tiger?

I hate this. They took 19 pics, and o ly one of new figures, really, and it was blurry.

snake5289 02-22-2020 01:20 PM

Hopefully we'll get some here.

snake5289 02-22-2020 01:24 PM

Found it. Looks like Copperhead, Catwoman, Bronze Tiger, Talon, and Firefly with some repaints and new Batmen. Not sure how I feel about Bronze Tiger being an actual tiger though.

But I'm liking these villain selections. Makes for a solid Suicide Squad roster.

tlasjr 02-22-2020 01:42 PM

Add in the Riddler and Alfred from the Mezco 5 poa line and we're.getting a d
Good number of dc characters we never had in this scale.

Autobot_Goldbug 02-22-2020 02:11 PM

I'm hoping for Spin Master to make Penguin & Riddler too
I am NOT happy about Copperhead or Bronze Tiger using animal heads

slim19722 02-22-2020 02:21 PM

Like the new vehicles and hope that Batcave playset gets released.

Nayt Navare 02-22-2020 04:00 PM

I'm deeply annoyed with the lack of love and care this line is getting. Fwoosh thread has died and Toyark hasn't posted nuffin yet.

/impatient

Nayt Navare 02-22-2020 04:01 PM

Edit: double post

In the comics those 'animal heads' were usually helmets/masks.

CCC.

I stopped at Big Lots today to check their World Peacekeepers and on the way out as I passed the CD/DVD rack I saw the word VIXEN so I took a closer look. It was the animated series that intro-ed the character for the Arrowverse, and for $3 too.

CCC.

Dude give them a break. This is a pretty busy time for the staff here. I'm sure they'll get some pics up when they can.

joefan76 02-22-2020 04:34 PM

Digging this line even more now looks like we have a lot of goodies to look forward to. Kinda worried I didn’t see Batwoman though I wanted a better look.

I'm not a fan of them either, but those are actual comic designs. DC had an event (I forget its name) where a bunch of villains sold their souls to a demon named Neron for power upgrades. Copperhead got turned into a snake hybrid. And that's the New 52 Broze Tiger.

I'm guessing that someone at Spin Master is a fan those designs and, you know what, I think that's a good sign. It means that there are actual comic fans working on these toys. An occasional ugly New 52 redesign is a fair trade off for obscure characters like Killer Moth, IMO.

On top of that, Spin Master must still be doing their creature chaos branding for these so it makes sense to go with these versions.

I ain't saying they are doing wrong. But the lack of 4" love has me tripped up.

slim19722 02-22-2020 04:53 PM

The upcoming Bossfight Prince Barin is just a head swap away from a classic Green Arrow.

This is true. Tiger is the first figure in the line that I'm iffy about but it's still nice looking.

Kind of surprised there's no Harley yet though. Thought they'd be cashing in on her current hype train.

SAME. Her and Batgirl, but Harley would be expected at the top.
