For $50, they can keep them. I guess this is their way of saying "Don't wait for a clearance, we ain't having one on these"
I did get a bunch of coupons to make it seem easier to swallow, $5 off, $10 off etc.

Target also sent a toy catalog thru the mail earlier this week that included a 25% off coupon for a single toy. Definitely worth checking the mail for that if you want one of the $50 exclusives.

JangonateTK421 10-31-2014 06:16 AM

Durham Southsquare Target had a tag up for the TIE Fighter with Inquisitor figure. Unfortunately their was JUST the tag and no toy to accompany it. Now I'm definitely waiting for that. I believe it was $22.99.

nccollector 11-01-2014 10:26 AM

The TRU in Durham has the new series 12 Predator NECA figures, Elder, Bad Blood and Enforcer. Also they have a new case of Star Wars Hot Wheels diecast cars, R2-D2, Darth Vader, Chewbacca, Luke and Yoda, minus the 5 I got of course. Atomic Empire has the new series 6 Walking Dead Minimates. And Finally I found the Star Wars Black series 3(?) 6" figures at the Target in Apex. They had 2 Luke Jedi, 2 Chewbacca's and 2 Sandtroopers with the black shoulder pads. I bought 1 Chewbacca and 1 Sandtrooper, Now I can cancel my preorder with BBTS for the Chewbacca. AND every Target that I went to today, Apex, and the one at 540 and 55 has a huge end cap with the Shadow Squadron Star Wars figs and the 3 pack Marvel Legends with Ms. Marvel, Captain America and Radioactive Man, I mean 7 or 8 boxes of each.

JangonateTK421 11-01-2014 01:19 PM

Durham Southpoint had one Inqisitor and TIE Fighter. Now they have none. There was still a Phantom with Ezra.

Falconhood 11-01-2014 09:04 PM

the coupon...gotta use the coupon tomorrow.

wow, Hillsboro Wal-Mart had a bunch of the new TFs, Power Rangers, and some new Imaginext.

I posted pics to my flickr, instagram, and FB page.

Anyone know when Crowmag's opens on Sunday?

nccollector 11-02-2014 07:17 PM

Spotted the Comic Book Version of the TMNT at the TRU Cary, but these come with Comic Books.

nccollector 11-09-2014 04:57 PM

Spotted the 6" Black Series Anakin, Clone Trooper and a Stormtrooper at the FYE in Cary Towne Center.

Falconhood 11-09-2014 07:00 PM

has ANYONE found ANY Rebels figures on cards?

None here, yet. I got paid today and plan on taking a few trips out to TRU this week and the Targets between. Hopefully they'll show up. Don't know if there's a lot for me to get. Need Zeb and Stormtrooper, Chopper, and that sideburn parading Imperial dude. Already have Ezra, Kanan, and The Inquisitor.

Greg 11-10-2014 07:36 PM

Has anyone found the Walking Dead Daryl Dixon figure at any Walgreens stores in the Raleigh area? I'm looking for a couple, but haven't had any luck so far. I found the other two figures in the wave, but no Daryl.

I got mine in Oxford. They had plenty.

Also, Has anyone found the Red KakuRanger in the Super Megaforce line of Power Rangers? I can't find it anywhere.

mj3141x 11-12-2014 07:59 AM

I found the Star Wars Rebels Phantom Attack Shuttle with the Kanan pack-in figure yesterday at the Target in Holly Springs. That's the only vehicle they had and they only had the one. I'm still keeping an eye out for the single-carded Rebels figures myself. JTA is still tracking the situation. There are some reports that widespread release has been delayed until January, but there are also local reports coming in of a few figures trickling out now. I think there have been sightings in several states so far, but in limited quantities.

mj3141x 11-12-2014 11:51 AM

I had a pretty good visit to TRU in Cary today. They had a fresh case of 3 3/4-inch Black Series figures today including the new R5 unit, Luke Skywalker (Wampa Attack), Starkiller, Darth Malgus, Darth Vader (re-pack on the new card) and Yoda (re-pack on the new card). They also had a few older Black Series figures as well but it was definitely nice to see three full pegs of new 3 3/4-inch Star Wars. I think there were about 27 or 28 figures total.

JangonateTK421 11-15-2014 05:34 PM

Sooo...that impossible to find Kakuranger you were asking about, Falconhood. I found one today along with the rest of Wave 5 (minus Turbo Red Ranger) at a Walmart in Burlington while visiting with family. He's for me, but I'll keep looking for another to send in your direction.

Thanks. I saw it. maybe i'll see one today.

I just saw evidence at the TRU in Cary that the single-carded Star Wars Rebels figures appear to be hitting our area. I saw a single-carded Kanan Jarrus figure and the Saga series Jango Fett (similar cardback, just without the Rebels subheading) on the top peg of the main Star Wars aisle. They also had several of the new Class II vehicles as well (Obi-Wan's Jedi Starfighter from the Utapau scene of Ep. III, Anakin Skywalker's Jedi Starfighter from Ep. II, and Boba Fett's Slave 1 in the Rebels packaging).

They also had two of the glow-in-the-dark Mummy variant from the ReAction line and a shelf full of 50th anniversary GI Joe vehicle sets for anyone who missed those.

JangonateTK421 11-22-2014 06:09 PM

Exciting weekend of toys. Went to pick up The New Adventures animated Batman figure from Atomic Empire and spotted a dusty box with Play Arts Kai Variant Batman. That's the one figure I missed from the series that went up to about double price everywhere ($140). They had him for $68.

Then I went to Target with my boy so he could spend $10 his grandma gave him. They had a lone Mission Series Zeb and Stormtrooper pack from Rebels. I was going to stash it because I'm broke, but my 3 yr old went crazy, snatched it up and said, "I want to buy this!" That's my boy. Retail price? $9.99!

nccollector 11-23-2014 11:31 AM

Picked up another Black Widow and Spiderwoman from the Marvel Legends series, spotted a number of Black Widows at the Triangle Towne center Target and the Apex Targets. Keep seeing full sets of GOTG Marvel legend figures and the 3 3/4" Marvel Universe figures of Rocket Raccoon, Starlord and Drax. Also at most Targets I'm seeing the Darth Vader, Jedi Luke and Chewbacca 6" Black Series. Got a Hawkman and STEEL DC Total Heroes figures at the Brier Creek Walmart.

Sixshot666666 11-23-2014 06:58 PM

Anyone seen power rangers Dino charge or halo mega bloks alpha series 10 blind packs?

JangonateTK421 11-23-2014 08:18 PM

I've seen Dino Charge, but it's been a while. I believe I saw him at both Walmart and Target. Should have been Wave 4, I think, and a lot of places are moving to Wave 5 or 6 already. I'll keep an extra eye out.

Falconhood 11-24-2014 04:05 AM

we were at Ollies in Cary and they have a bunch of old Marvel Legends for just $9.99. figures include Fantomex, the daughter of Jean Gray (I think...I don't know some modern characters), and their contemporaries.

mj3141x 11-28-2014 02:01 PM

For any of you hunting ReAction figures, I've noticed some Walmarts are putting them out on the trading card aisle at the front of the store instead of on the toy aisle. They're also displaying them in the shipping box (not on pegs) so there's less shelf wear. I'm seeing mostly monster and horror figures being treated this way.

Falconhood 11-29-2014 07:37 AM

I found 20" 2-Pack Green Lantern and Superman packs at Wal-Mart. Other than the Batman/Joker, were there other 2-Packs out yesterday?

JangonateTK421 11-29-2014 10:52 AM

I saw those, too, this morning and was very tempted. I actually think that Superman looks pretty fantastic.
