Thrilled to finally have Destiny confirmed.

Odin looks great, but I'm no longer collecting anything related to Thor, so I'm good there.

Phoenix and the Rogue/Destiny pack are definite must buys. About time we get Destiny!!! Not sure I will have that version of Rogue on my shelf though, but we'll see. Phoenix looks so amazing that now I need them to reredo Dark Phoenix to match that one.

The Strange Tales wave is... strange to me. Wolverine and Storm? Um... okay, why is Wolverine on the pinned body still> Why no Baron Mordo but it has Moon Knight???? Lilith looks great and I would have bought her a year ago. No interest in Hellstrom or Brother Voodoo at all. Blackheart would be cool to have, but not if I have to buy a wave of figures I don't care about.

Movie Venom is meh.

I was excited for Shi'ar Professor X, but he's not in gold armor. I thought he was gold in the comic? Plus, being a Walmart exclusive makes him a bit meh.

Hasbro really doesn't wanna make money off of DP and Wolverine before the movie comes out huh. Sideshow funko and hot toys beat them to the punch.

Hellverine Wolverine.... Nice. return of the old school brown and tan Wolverine outfit figure. a must have for me to built my 1980s X Men Team.

Even the bad guy Rogue debt figure from Avengers Annual Ill use for my 1980s X Men Team also and have her team up with Wolverine.

They probably aren'ta llowed to show the toys yet because of spoilers. I'm sure after a trailer comes out that spoils the whole movie they'll be able to show off the wave though.

I want a new Mystique too, but it is nice to finally get a Brotherhood Rogue even if I don't end up displaying her on my shelf.

They’ve said several times now that MCU figure reveals are usually tied up in contractual stuff with other outlets, which is why they usually get dropped by websites like IGN or EW rather than on livestreams. The eventually Deadpool 3 wave is almost certainly going to be another such case. EDIT Dan Yun apparently even put out a tweet to that effect a few days ago.

Fantastic reveals! Hellstom AND Blackheart??? Lol this is great for my collection. Add to that a Paul Smith era Rogue and an Odin that will likely be the best ML this year? This is one of the strongest fan-service reveals in many a moon.

Blackheart looks great, and I'm surprised to see Hellstrom, maybe there's hope for Mephisto.

While it's not identical...that weapon at the end has got me thinking there is an animated Punisher on the horizon. Hopefully it's for a blue/trenchcoat wearing Punisher for a Spider-Man box set, though this weapon looks like a modernized version of the one Frank was wielding in one of the Mojoverse episodes of the X-Men animated series...

Same, though I love Rogue so I can't complain too much. Luckily, Mystique as a character is very versatile. I could see Hasbro releasing her on an X-men retro card or even in a random Zabu-esque BAF wave in the near future.

It certainly looks even closer to that Legends weapon...but would it make sense to put out another Kang so soon though?

Hmmm, I wonder if this connects with that rumored wave of Secret Wars figures. Kang was in the first wave that Toybiz released. Per the rumor, it will be a six figure wave.

Also regarding leaks, the only comic releases that haven't been touched on are a retro-carded Quicksilver & a Crossbones/Constrictor two-pack.

Edit: Just remembered the X-men arcade Sentinel that was teased with the large rock during the previous livestream. No clue how that's going to see release. SDCC exclusive??

Hey peeps. It’s been a while since I've chimed in (life's been kinda rough lately). My thoughts on today’s reveals...

Definitely down for:

Destiny/Rogue 2-pack - Oh my damn. Destiny has been on my “must-have” short list for some time, and she looks fantastic. I’m also a sucker for any X-related character in their 80s duds, so getting Rogue in this costume makes me very happy, indeed.

Phoenix - I don’t need this, per se, as I’m actually fine with my current combo of 2016 Jean body and 2017 head (from the Jean/Scott TRU exclusive). The added flame effects are enough to entice me, though.

Odin - Assuming this is going to be in the $30-35 range. If much higher than that, I might wait it out.

On the fence about:

The entire Strange Tales wave - I might be enticed to pick up a few. None are really high on my list since I've kinda been forced to prioritize my collecting. Voodoo and Daimon look great, though, and I do like this look for Moon Knight (compared to the solid white Walgreen’s version I have). Blackheart looks awesome too, so I may give in on the whole wave eventually.

Anything else from today is pretty much off my radar.

Mystique would not fit with the Carter body because of the collar.

They couldn't possibly swap that upper torso with that new Warbird/Phoenix now could they?

Same here. whenever the preorder is available for the Destiny and Rogue two pack, I'm getting that pack because of Rogue in her outfit which is close enough to her 1980s outfit when she was tag team partner sidekick for Wolverine.

Destiny and Rogue, definitely something I'm getting. I figured Destiny would be paired with a Mystique, but it actually works out for me as FA(ish) Rogue is a figure I was hoping we'd get eventually.

Keeping my promise about not getting too many figures here on out, but honestly I'll probably end up picking up Lilith. Female villain, magic/demonic related, it's something I've wanted to bolster my collection with so it'd be hard to resist. I think Blackheart looks incredible but it's one of the few Toy Biz figures I'm actually alright with, so no need for me to get a wave for a BAF of him - though I would have probably gotten a single card of him.

Everything else is an easy pass for me.

This might be in the running for one of the lamest marvel legends streams they've done. They all belong at your local Ross with the exception of maybe phoenix and hellverine(maybe)
