Displaying Model Behavior had a new video uploaded of new Marvel Legends figures rumored to be coming soon - Crossbones, and a new wave consisting of classic Punisher, and some kind of figures for Iron Man, Mandarin and U.S. Agent. I found out about this over on The Fwoosh's message boards.

I'm curious to see what the figures for Iron Man, Mandarin (FINALLY!) and U.S. Agent will be. We're supposed to be getting a "Heroes Reborn" armor Iron Man, right? Maybe that's the one?

That's a 2 pack though. Where's the third figure?

Oh I hope this is true. A Hasbro Mandarin figure...in practically ANY look (maybe not the very first one) would be extremely welcome. Easily my most wanted non-new character for the line.

Lot of people are counting the slug Bats figure as a 3rd figure

So I learned. At least they aren't charging for a third figure.

Also Dwight said they made Danny shorter on purpose, so he seems short cause he is

I meant to ask days ago...Is Ketch shorter? He didn't seem to be. Quite the opposite actually, in GR form...

Excellent question, I was never a Ghost Rider/Midnight Suns fan so I didn't pay much attention

The 616 Wiki lists them both as 5’10” in human form, and 6’2” as GR. The new GR is on the noticeably short side and the character’s height could have been better represented by the Vulcan body. I’m torn in that I really appreciate the new sculpt but liked the tall lankiness of the old A.I.M. body…

Anyway, it’s done now and the Ketch GR is in my collection, but, in anticipation of another upcoming want and as tierneygreen alluded to (I think), Hasbro needs to get Rom’s height and lankiness correctly. It’s pretty crucial.

Is he sober in this video?

TheBlueMarvel 08-15-2024 08:15 PM

He's a Brit, are they ever?

No offense to our UK Arkers out there, of course, but y'all know how you are...

EvilMonkeyPope 08-16-2024 11:33 AM

How much longer do we have to wait for Hasbro to make a figure of Scarlet Scarab from Moon Knight? Layla El-Faouly may be the most toyetic of the many missing MCU characters.

lordbest 08-17-2024 06:27 AM

I'm not buying MCU figures anymore but I would make an exception for Scarlet Scarab.

So I have seen a Red Hulk on eBay. It's not the older model, and it has been listed with a desciption of a Target release. Does anyone know the story on this figure? Was it released prematurely and will see a wider release later on?

Regarding that Displaying Model Behavior video- tried to watch but could not stand trying to listen to the host. If anyone could stomach it, were there other rumored releases other than what had been previously mentioned?

I think the red Hulk release happened around the same time as Warbird

Yeah, Dave is hard to watch, between the slurring and being off on a tangent every 5 minutes, I didn't hear anything that hasn't already been rumored

Red Hulk was released as a Target exclusive back in 2020, right around when the COVID lockdowns started. It was incredibly difficult to find back then. To my knowledge, this new release has never been announced by Hasbro. I don't believe there is a product page on Target's website, so no using Popfindr to aid in your search. But I think a Target employee can help you find it by scanning a picture of the barcode.

WallySparks 08-17-2024 04:22 PM

so what's up with Bonebreaker's bottom tank half where the exhaust pipes are right behind his back? Is that how it was supposed to look like in original Uncanny X-Men?

wouldn't that like be giving him 2nd or 3rd degree burns on his torso or what?

Oooh! Good to know! I will order on eBay then! I was assuming there would be a release of the figure around when the Thunderbolts movie released. Thank you!

And thank you also for the Modeling summary too. That is even more appreciated@

Thank you so much for this information and this tip. I will give an in person search another try with this information. I really appreciate it!

You know, I really have no interest in buying figures from the Krakoa era of X-Men even though I am enjoying a lot of it, but I might have to get that version of Polaris with the green jacket if they ever do one. Holy shit she is a freaking badass. In the X-Men issue I just read, she took a freaking unconscious X23 and used her to slice and dice up her enemies. Then, she ripped their fillings out of their mouths before finishing them off. God damn!!!!

That was a cool moment, sadly it's not consistent

Here we go. Shartimus and his gripes about the new Danny Ketch Ghost Rider

WallySparks 08-19-2024 10:31 PM

That old Toybiz Marvel Legends Ghost Rider just awful looking. Looks like someone lit the whole figure on fire

Boogieman4hire 08-20-2024 12:35 AM

She-Hulk had been the last Legends figure I got but I saw that Ghost Rider was briefly in stock and at retail price on Amazon early this morning. I had a $20 gift card which I was saving for any given BAF wave loser(Midnight suns Iron Man, black winter Thor, Brother Doodoo, etc.) but instead used for something I actually want. I find the size disappointing but considering he'll be on his bike that's somewhat moot. Something I've wondered comics-wise though is whether the eyes on the hell cycle's skull shield are meant to be clear or solid. Or the color: White, light blue, orange/yellow, or silver. I want to customize mine and fill the eyes in.

I'd really like this Polaris look for that era:
