So to answer your question, Hasbro hasn't listed the exact schedule yet. They just say on the video stay tuned for the announcements later.

WallySparks 09-11-2024 11:25 AM

Are you just not computing? Or just being max troll right now?

WallySparks 09-11-2024 01:27 PM

No I am not "trolling". Some of you here are just stubborn to listen to what I just told you about Hasbropulse's day of their already been revealed Dreagon Man which they're just going to show off again on YouTube this Friday at 12 pm Central.

How hard is that to understand?

When you're on someone's ignore list (which you seem to be from comments noted) that person who's put you on ignore won't see your comments unless someone quotes you (since they can see the comments from the person that quoted you).

It's a handy feature for the more trying members of the community here.

Also the bot isn't actually answering the question I asked. So there's that too

TheBlueMarvel 09-11-2024 02:45 PM

I thought Skynet would be more...substantial

WallySparks 09-11-2024 03:01 PM

Just what the hell is Veronica Mars' problem anyway? Why is he/she/it being a total asshole towards me? The hell I do to them??

WallySparks 09-11-2024 03:02 PM

also Shartimusprime has another new video on his youtube channel. Guess he has the new Marvel Legends Retro Venom figure and I think he's got a complaint or two about how the figure looks.

Seems like. He is one of the two people on my ignore list. Let me help him along a bit....

Shartimus Prime is THE GREATEST Marvel Legends reviewer EVER

How dare a reviewer give an honest review about the figure!!!

Says the person getting upset because they didn't understand the question (not to mention getting upset because I recommended something that would help you understand the movie you are about to watch).

Yes, but that WASN'T the question. The question was the schedule. For example:

1pm - GI Joe
2pm - Marvel
3pm - STar Wars
4pm - Heroquest
5pm - Ghostbusters

Something like that, which Hasbro has not given y et.

ThorOdinson123 09-12-2024 08:54 AM

Hey Veronica Mars here's the brand schedule for Pulsecon

https://i.imgur.com/lDIlnEi.jpeg

Dr Kain 09-12-2024 09:38 AM

I was just coming on here to post the same thing.

It's actually quite sad. Nothing for Heroquest or even Ghostbusters???? Obviously nothing for Power Rangers.

deecee4 09-12-2024 12:27 PM

I guess we're getting the secret wars reveal (and maybe preorder) tomorrow. And maybe Marvel vs Capcom reveals...or is that too early?

Now that's a schedule. Thanks guys :D

StuartGreen2019 09-12-2024 12:43 PM

Wow, Marvel Legends - and everyone else, too - only gets half an hour. I guess the reports of Hasbro showing off a lone Marvel Legends wave was true. Looks like they're going to do a welcome, a recap of Dragon Man, show off each "Secret Wars" figure one by one, tells us when the figures go up for pre-order, and that's it. Looks like next month's Comic Con will be when they do more Marvel Legends reveals. Whatever happens tomorrow, I just hope fans aren't too disappointed with the "Secret Wars" figure reveals. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for Captain America, Doc Ock, red-and-blue costume Spider-Man and a better Magneto.

Also, is it me or does the second part of this year seem kind of empty for Marvel Legends? Granted, Covid, the Writers' and Actors' strikes, reshoots and delayed releases on movies have pushed back some waves they were going to release, especially the 'Captain America: Brave New World' figures. But I was hoping to at least see one wave revealed or up for pre-order by now and some more VHS two-packs for the 30th anniversary of "Spider-Man: The Animated Series".

As a huge "Power Rangers" fan, especially of "Mighty Morphin Power Rangers", I'm not surprised Hasbro has no plans for it. They already made the deal with Playmates Toys for them to make MMPR figures next October that we'll see previewed at Toy Fair next March. Heck, they already made a deal with The Loyal Subjects to make new figures and dolls for brands like "Jem and the Holograms" and "M*A*S*K". At this point, I wouldn't be surprised if Playmates Toys, The Loyal Subjects, Jada Toys or even Mattel gets the license in 2026 or so to make Marvel figures since Hasbro wants to focus more and more on gaming.

Dr Kain 09-12-2024 01:40 PM

If any of those get the Marvel license we're fucked.

Then again, if the rumors are true about Banshee coming out next year, I'll be practically done with every must have for Marvel Legends.

I'm actually already starting to take a look at some of the Mafex choices after getting Phoenix. I've got my eye on their upcoming DareDevil (told my wife I'd like it for Xmas) and Magneto is very tempting. I jsut wish he was the Byrne version rather than the Lee one.

If Spider-Man wasn't the Bagley one (rather, if Spidey was the Romita Sr one), I would totally be over him too, but I will probably pick up the 2099 one if the reviews next year are favorable.

Oh my. I certainly hope this last part does not come to pass. I can't imagine the state of the forums and people's attitudes if we play a "Hasbro has only one more year of ML, what do you want/need" game.

If the Banshee and Mandarin leaks are true, and I have no reason to think otherwise given how other leaks have turned out, that's two major upgrades/new outfits for existing characters in the line (and yes, the Mandarin from Toybiz is god awful, but he's still a ML).

I don't know how I feel about the chances of other things I'd really like to see. We're definitely getting into more obscure territory more and more, and we're seeing (or at least it feels like we're seeing) remodeled/redos/near rereleases of characters and outfits down way more often than we used to.

The Wizard seems like he should be a character that has a high enough profile to make it in the line as does Attuma. The requests for Australian Outback Psylocke are pretty loud of late. Those seem like they should have more than a 50/50 chance. Beyond that I can only wish for my own wants, however unlikely they may be.

As for Pulsecon I also am not getting my expectations up very high. Titania is about the only figure I think would come out of that lineup that I'd want to see made, the rest I can solidly pass on.

Veronica Mars 09-12-2024 03:49 PM

They might want to focus on gaming, but most gamer don't care for Hasbro's business model, so it's not in their best interest to make it their main focus.

I do wonder why they shortened PulseCon to a single day when is was the whole weekend previously

Well wasn't that because there was no SDCC and NYCC when they started Pulsecon? Now that they have regular shows they are going to, they probably don't have much to offer.

That's true, although they haven't ever really had a huge presence at NYCC, which could change I suppose

jwyss234 09-12-2024 07:07 PM

Looking at last year's PulseCon, the Marvel Legends panel consisted of:
  • A review of the Giant-Man HasLab
  • Reveal of the Void BAF wave with a preorder date announced
  • Reveal of the NWH retro card wave with preorders later that day
https://www.toyark.com/2023/09/22/ha...l-recap-514730

I would expect something similar for this year with a Dragon Man recap, Secret Wars reveal and preorder, and a new wave reveal.
