It's feels like we're backlogged on leaked lists, so it's not worth reacting to until we get Hasbro confirmations.

That's what I'm thinking too. Mostly because X-Men 97 wave 3 is listed on the 2025 rumor list, and it's been fairly accurate so far. I can't remember if it came from Jay C or Displaying Model Behavior, but 97 Wave 3 has already been leaked and looks very different from what this new list is saying.

That's actually my typo as that's supposed to be Wave 4, but I forgot to correct it before I posted.

That list came from the same guy who has leaked the others. Yes, it could be fake, but they've been quite accurate the last few years, no reason to believe it would be any different now.

My bad on Dagger, I meant having her details actually sculpted because they're just painted on the older figure. Although, the cross is higher than it should be as it should be right above her boobs, not right below her shoulders.

The typo on the wave number makes sense. But I'm not thrilled with the lineup.
There's supposed to be two X-Men 97 2 packs this year along with a dexlue figure. Right now, the rumors are Cyclops & Jean/Marvel Girl as well as Wolverine & Storm for the two packs. And the deluxe is supposed to be Storm as well. My assumption is that Cyclops and Jean will be their finale costumes. Wolverine I'm assuming will be his brown costume while Storm will be her punk outfit that we briefly saw. And the deluxe Storm would be her finale costume with the two capes from the 2020 GSM 2 pack with Thunderbird.

Seeing the rumor for Wave 4, I'm now wondering if Cyclops, Jean, and Wolverine are being shuffled into Wave 4 and the 2 packs canceled. The only other possibility would be all three being battle damaged versions from the end of the season. Or Cyclops and Jean in their civilian clothes.

Rumor also has it that the Morrison era costumes are appearing in Season 2 so IF that wave 4 list is accurate, it could be Wolverine, Jean and Scott's Morrison looks, and the two packs are still on the table

Hulk Classics I'd like to see considered: Mecha Hulk, Spider Hulk, 1st Appearance, Immortal Hulk, Gladiator Hulk, World War Hulk, Smart Hulk, Horseman of War Hulk, Absorbing Man, Abomination, Caiera, Miek, Doc Samson, Korg, Bi-Beast, & U Foes.

Not sure what to think on those leaks. I don't collect Rivals or MCU. Slightly interested in the X-Men '97 Wolverine & Cyclops if it's the costumes they wore at the end of the show and they can mix well with a comic display. The soft sculpts, faces, and hair tend to stand out. Anything Punisher or Ghost Rider sounds good. Doom 2099 is an instant buy. Maybe on the two Maximums and only if Thor has a wired fabric cape.

Mecha Punisher could be War Machine Punisher done right or Franken-Castle and Walmart could be animated blue Punisher. Sentinel could be MvC. That one has to be coming, he's one of the most popular characters in the game and an army builder.

I hadn't considered that. I honestly wasn't expecting Season 2 to come out in 2026 (official word is that it is) because Marvel was rewriting the season to remove BDM's writing credit due to his controversy. Not knowing if that would just be the dialogue or if the whole story had to change, I was figuring Season 2 would be a LONG way off.

I did look up Havok because I couldn't remember him being in Season 1. I came across a post which said that he was rumored to be in Season 2.


Also, a bit of movie news that could affect our collections. Jon Bernthal has officially joined the cast of Spider-Man: Brand New Day. Variety didn't say how big his role would be, so it could be cameo or a major part.

I agree. Given I just sold off my X-Force team and am trying to sell off Excalibur, that knocks off two teams I wnat completed. The only ones left are the Marauders and Hellfire Club.

If they updated her with double jointed arms, have gold colored wrist bans, and yellow lightning effects, I'd totally be down for getting an updated version. Okay, the lightning effects are not truly important, but I don't understand why Hasbro is suddenly givng figures blue lightning when they were yellow in the comics.

It's not due until 2026, but Wave 4 is for the 2026 rumored list, so it lines up.

Again, Caps, Wolverine, Thor, and etc…Making these characters over and over again takes away from the creativity of making new and fresh characters being made….What Hasbro scared of, didn’t they just renew the lincense…C’mon ML team….I will be buying a lot less ML if this is the case….Cherry picking at best!

Another thing. There are some great figures that I have in my collection that I refuse to get rid of because they are so well done and have pins…

Just because a figure is pin less and has a new paint job doesn’t make it a better figure than one that has pins all the time.

Caps, Thors, Wolvies, ect keep getting made by design. You have to have main popular characters available for newcomers to the line

I understand that the main characters or popular characters needs to be made for the new fans…But, give us some variaty….Like let’s say a Hulk wave, gives us A-Bomb or Doc Samson who needed and update yesterday or a Thor wave with a great comic Loki, not that BS we got not, so sad we don’t have a great comic Loki considering he is Thor’s brother and is an important figure to Thor’s story line and has not been done to many times by Hasbro if im not mistaken ,and Sif, and other from the Thor story line Thor story line… Or and Iron man wave with Mandarin in it or a Crimson Dynamo, the version Marvel Select did as of late…

Remember, Hasbro has to market new characters too, for the new generation and to keep the older generation still interested…


Note: I’m just tired of hearing this is the best Hulk, Spiderman, Cap, etc, than a short time later, there is a new best Hulk, Spiderman, Cap, etc, Next thing you know there is going be a Maximum 2 line and Spiderman is the first figure…Lol


Note 2: At this point, I would rather get a Doc Samson or someone who has not been made yet, new generation or OG character, than have another Cap, Iron-man, or Thor in my collection because I have 20 Caps compared to 1 Doc Sampson…

I agree they need to do more than the "main characters" but their answer to appealing to the newer generation of collectors seems to be video game based characters rather than new characters, which as someone trying to complete teams they already started is frustrating. Keeping the Caps and Ironmans evergreen by including them as 2 of a 6 or 7 figure wave is fine. It's like the secret wars wave. 4 redos and 2 new characters and it should have been the other way around. There's also the factor of the license to consider, we didn't know how much of the wave assortment is Hasbro and how much is Jesse Falcon and Marvel saying, "well you need to include character x,y, and z", or "we don't want to include that character right now"

I agree I mean Jane Foster Valkyrie debuted back in 2019 and she still doesn’t have a figure shit Comic Hemidall has never gotten a figure that I know off. Id buy a Sif figure she is awesome in the comics. Shame the MCU did her dirty.

A bit of catch up for me to do here - not a lot on that rumored/leaked list for me. Doomsday Dr. Doom and Psylocke, depending on her outfit. If it's another Jim Lee ninja bikini outfit it's a pass...I think we've now had plenty of those. Obviously hoping for Australian Outback Armored Psylocke.

Hopefully the BAF waves bring some more figures I'd like to see because it's pretty low level for me. Looks like I'll be saving a lot of money next year, but the flipside is not getting a lot of new things!

As collectors, I feel that we all look for the beauty of the figure to wow us in some type of way…We love seeing the detail and quality down the toes of some figure…

Are we suppose to turn a blind eye to things that don’t sit right to us about the figure when have it in hand?

All I can say is, as long as Hasbro is or whoever in the Marvel Legends keeps skipping out on the details and having qc issues with figures, and are selecting figures to make over and over again…My habits of buying less and less ML will continue like it has been…

Note: Sometimes I feel like as collector, when we complain in a valid way, we get roasted for it or others will say don’t buy the product…

But, sometimes it good to hear from the people that are buying your products, because it s better than not listening to people, because if your not listing to people than, people will not buy your product.

TFW2005 has leaked the Transformers PulseCon exclusive for this year. I haven't heard any announcement for it (usually hear about it at SDCC IIRC), but it does look like we're getting PulseCon this year.
