Ew. Disney yuck has infiltrated my thread!

On a brighter note, got some new stuff today.

Here is one of my DC shelves. 99% DC Direct/Collectibles, with a couple Mattel and NECA sprinkled in.

Kang 09-10-2022 03:39 AM

That Renet figure looks like it popped off the cover of TMNT #8 (I always loved that issue), that is killer. Also love the DC figures assortment, lots of classic versions of the characters which is awesome.

Arachnid13 09-10-2022 03:57 AM

That dc display Is the most glorious thing I’ve seen in awhile

Yeah, Renet is pretty fantastic. That is the classic look/ new 52 mixed heroes shelf. I have a few more shelves to finish up and take pictures of.

That DC shelf is amazing. I wish I had that kind of shelving for my collection. Well done.

Thank you! My shelving is pretty crappy, but it does the trick. It was either spend about $4800 on detolfs or spend $1200 on shelving and buy more toys.

I've got you. Yeah, I'd rather spend less on shelving to have more to spend on stuff for the shelves.

Cyclopswc 09-12-2022 07:48 AM

Agree with you both on that. I'm a toy collector, not a shelve collector. These are toys, not high end statues/museum pieces, I just buy the cheapest shelves so I can have more money for toys!

Cyclopswc 09-14-2022 10:47 AM

So...time to see some more shelves! I bet your McFarlane and NECA shelves are marvelous too!

I should be able to get another one done tomorrow. The NECA stuff is a mere shadow of it's former self. I sold off 99% of my Predator and Aliens stuff and a good portion of horror and video game figures. About 150 of my 200 or so Predators are sold and the rest are in a bin waiting for the next toy show. I had 3.5 shelves (about 45 feet) of NECA and now I'm down to about 20 feet or less. I think I posted pictures of my horror shelf not too long ago, but I can definitely do it again at some point.

Another DC shelf. All DC Direct/Collectibles except for the Storm Lobo and the 2 NECA Supermans.

Arachnid13 09-15-2022 10:58 AM

Ok wow, just wow

I am amazed, I really like your superwoman, fatality, and Dodson Wonder Woman!
After seeing these pics I’m convinced I must hunt them all down.

Wow, I love the Lanterns collection. Never knew they made so many of the Lanterns already.

Those, the 2 in the front, are the versions of Wonder Woman McFarlane needs to make! No frill, honest to goodness Wonder Woman!

Yeah, they made quite a few. They were really cranking waves out around the time Johns and Van Sciver were on the comic.

The Terry Dodson WW is, by far, my favourite figure of her. She definitely needs to get done in Multiverse. Which is the other one you like? The Jae Lee one directly behind her?

ScottyHawkeye 09-15-2022 05:18 PM

Nicely done. I'm seeing more and more figures that I have myself. I love the DC Direct Ed McGuiness figures.

Yeah, the one directly behind her.
