We had this discussion about a month ago on here... If im correct i believe Mcfarlane still has half the rights to her. so he still gets credit for creating her.

as for voting they should just make all 4 of them. while a few of you may get upset, i ended up voting for symbiote spidey. i am a black costume spidey fanatic.

considering BBTS has the Rhino wave up for order, i went ahead and ordered 2 of the scarlet spider figures !!!! i can't wait to get them. i'll wait til kraven and ghost rider appear in stores probably in the next month or so around my area.

What is so special about the Scarlet Spideys?

I have the case with 2 of them coming since it was only $5 more, but I plan to exchange that at Target for a Chameleon when they get one in.

I wish Hasbro would re-release the other 3 to the Wrecking Crew since Bulldozer is out. I'm not going out of my way to acquire the other 3 guys.

I'm very partial to that costume and storyline. not to mention the whole scarlet spidey saga was pretty popular back in the 90s, while lots of people loved it the other portion hated it. one thing was for certain, alot of people loved that costume.

I do dig those duds. Plain red costume with the hoodie-vest-thing featuring a tilted spider emblem, it just looks cool. My favorite look he's ever had would be the symbiote look.

I love Scarlet Spider. I can't wait for that figure to arrive! I'm glad that Hasbro is updating some of the old Toy Biz guys to new modern sculpts. I can't help but wonder who else is due for an update. I should go through my collection and see. I know Kitty Pryde needs a new figure. I just hope we don't get the "Star Girl" costume she's going to be sporting post Secret Wars before we get a X-Men costume.

Just wish Gamora came with another "sword hand" to help hold her sword or for even dual swords.

Hasbro chose to create the top two figures in the Star Wars Black fan-poll, so there might be a chance for at least one of the losers.

during my time of reading comics back in the late 80s all through out the 90s i've been very fond of the black costume, the scarlet spider costume is awesome as well. i also thought the redid "sensational" look was cool. im glad that's being redone as well. hopefully the new black costume repaint comes out that'll be next on the list.

I'm curious as to why they never made a cosmic spidey figure... with the captain universe duds.

What site do you guys order your cases from?? Looking for the hulkbuster wave who's got it in stock?

Sucks since I don't really want any of the figs in the wave except war machine and of course the baf! I haven't had luck on ebay like I did with ultron haven't seen hulkbuster loose for a decent price that would make me go for it so I guess instead I'll buy the wave and sell the figs on the cheap

What the FREAK is wrong with Hasbro! Here's the case assortment for the revision of the Hulkbuster wave:

Instead of 2 War Machines (which is fine) they're going to have 2 Iron Mans in the revision case. Vision is the most wanted figure and Iron Man is a repaint! Why not double pack Vision?

I already have my set, but after all the good case assortments since the 2x Black Widow case from CA: TWS, I thought they were over crap like that.

Edited to add: "Heroes" is Strange and Vision and "Defenders" is the two women (or it might be reversed from that)... each of those has their own UPC but the same packaging, that's why they're listed with the same name)

I'm assuming he means to buy Chameleon and return Scarlet Spidey, since they have the same dcpi, right? While it's nit's not the worst thing I've heard of on here, it's still not cool. Ever wonder what on God's green earth there's 15 Hawkeyes and Godkiller Iron Men keeping the legs nice and toasty? There's your answer, and its only hurting us! Those figures all share the same plu, so when the toy manager walks down the aisle and sees full pegs of Marvel Legends, they don't think to reorder. Just give the extra Spidey to a kid or something, after all, these are toys ;)

Regarding this Chameleon exchange, seems to me like if you buy a figure from one retailer and then return it another, you're lying. Are you saying you'll buy a Chameleon and then return your extra Scarlet Spider? Because that's still lying. I won't say it's scalping, but it's still wrong.

They're too expensive. One of them sells for around $50 and that is too much for a D level character.

Well, lets do some math here. If a case of 8 Rhino wave figures comes with two Scarlet Spiders, and everyone else were to follow your example and trade him for one of the other characters (Chameleon, Kraven, Ghost Rider, Misty Knight, Superior Venom or White Tiger), then that's 7-8 Scarlet Spiders hogging up shelf space, and keeping new product from coming in. I know that's only a hypothetical situation, but it happens more often than you'd think, and when they (toy buyers) see Marvel Legends figures not selling, they won't say "oh, it's only Scarlet Spider or Hawkeye or Iron Man that isn't selling", they'll blame it on the perceived lack of consumer interest. If you think I'm joking, come to my neck of the woods, I'll take you on a tour of Targets, Meijer's and Wal-Marts that can't give away those figures!
