Well, the bottom half of the mask is removable, so there's a chance we'll get a decent amount of screen time with the upper half of the mask on.

I'm curious to see who all they'll do for the potential Suicide Squad C&C wave of figures. Deadshot, Harley, and Joker are likely, but I'm not sure who they'll do for the other three or the C&C itself. I kinda hope they do Killer Croc, Katana, and Deathstroke, and then have the C&C be a prop replica like the grapnel gun for BvS.

He's only got a cameo in the movie, so I'm hoping they keep him out of the Suicide Squad wave. I don't even know what they would do with a SS Batman figure. Both of his movie suits are already covered by the BvS wave. That said, if they "have" to include a Batman figure in the wave, I would like them to just do a figure of Bruce Wayne in a suit.

i can speak personally and say i've seen a good handful of movies that got horrible reviews and i thought they were excellent.

Oh, I know. However, I use reviews to determine if I want to spend money on it. I've seen plenty of movies I enjoyed that critics hated (Terminator Genisys being the most recent), but there are also movies I have hated that critics loved (No Country for Old Men). Nevertheless, not every movie is worth the $62 it costs to go to the theater in the long run, so I'm trying to be a lot more anal.

For the SS trailer, I still hate Leto's Joker, but I'm more concerned that this movie is going to solely be on Deadshot, Harley, and Joker and forget about everyone else. It just seems like the others are only there because they had to be.

BBTS still has a pre-order up for it (though they still need to update the image for it), but I don't think it's any kind of an exclusive, so any place that sells the individual figures should also sell the Mad Love set.

Does anyone have a collection with DC Collectibles and Play Arts Kai figures together? I really like a few PAK figures but unsure of how badly they would clash with the rest of my DCC figures. Tried searching Google to find an image or two but came up empty.

Whoa whoa whoa wait a minute there, they're just gonna replace the version with the black suited Joker with this new version?! For months now we've seen the two pack as being Joker in the black suit and Harley Quinn in her normal look but maybe metallic red from the look of it and then now they just completely change what it's gonna be. Sure the Harley will actually be distinctly different than the individual figure, but the metallic purple looks pretty damn bad on that Joker especially since I was kinda digging the black suit look.

Regarding its release, any comic shop currently selling animated series figures should be getting it as should any online vendor though it's highly likely that the online stores may use the original version of the pack shown with the black suit Joker as their item image though DC's solicits for October state that the newer pictured version with metallic Joker will be the actual release.

I thought I read somewhere that the Animated Purple Joker Mad Love figure set is a second edition??? Or was not coming with the TPB of the comic or something. I might be wrong.

Nice Statue. May pick it up to go with my Custom Red Hood.

I am really not sure. DC's solicitations for October say it will replace the previously seen version.

That kinda sucks. I mean he wore purple in the Mad Love cartoon and comic, but wore the Black suit when they brought Harley to the DC Comic universe. They should just do both.

it's time to buy this:
http://i304.photobucket.com/albums/n...psd7m02wlv.jpg
but i see a "regular one"..the one from the 4 pack..and one with something that looks like webbing on it...
anyone have a pic of all three together?? (looked but can't find one)

if the 4 pack one is exactly the same..i'd go with that because i can get if off eBay cheaper..but i'd like to know before i buy...

The version from the anniversary tin set is the best, in my opinion. He has a more comic-based paintjob (matte grey & black, yellow belt, white eyes) and looks fantastic with New 52 items. He's the one in my display next to the custom Damian.

As far as I know, all version of that Batman are fragile though. A lot of them had legs that broke off at the knees, although mine had his arm snap off at the shoulder.

I agree with you on alot of things especially on wasting money at a movie theater... however sometimes you just got to take a gamble to decide whether you'll pay to go see this in a theater or not. i usually don't go to movies that often if i do, i try to make sure the films are worth my money..

while im not condoning it and if your not wanting to spend money on this flick, there numerous other ways via the net to " see this movie"

the black suit looks odd on him... remember this isn't the capullo joker from Endgame but 90s animated verison.

Considering you got me jealous with your animated joker figure, i might end up jumping on this when it drops. plus you get a Harley figure in in some lingerie....

Barefootabe 07-19-2015 05:23 PM

harley figure..in lingerie? :D

i believe your correct !!! wouldn't matter to me anyways if it came with it or not. i've had the original since it first came out back 94, matter of fact i just got it graded this past April.

Let me correct the info i found and the pic i saw on a reputable site.

Gotham City's resident inmates in love The Joker and Harley Quinn, bring mayhem into your home with this special 2-pack based on their appearances in BATMAN: THE ANIMATED SERIES! This set includes Harley in a negligee and The Joker in a new deco! This set also includes a paperback edition of BATMAN ADVENTURES: MAD LOVE

available supposedly Febuary 2016.. i have a feeling possibly sooner, judging the way DC usually releases stuff.

Barefootabe 07-19-2015 05:36 PM

nice lol im im guesin its from "mad love' episode/comic

EDIT thanks for the pic!

No thank you. I will never download a new release Hollywood movie. The only time I download something is when there are no other alternatives (be it a foreign movie or series unavailable to watch in the US or an out of print on video movie). I would still love to make movies in the future (highly unlikely to happen though) and it would be pretty hypocritical of me to pirate a new release movie but then not want someone to do the same to my movies.

The yellow belt looks so odd to me on that Batman. I think the lack of non-black/grey color anywhere else and then a bright yellow belt just throws me. Although considering I prefer a super dark and gritty style of Batman that might account for part of it...

The sculpt however is awesome!
