Turns out it is in fact the ebay sellers fault! They shorted me an item from my last order and sent it out but that dc# was also attached to the missing order. So it's showing all were delivered when only my replacement was. Now I gotta man up and go apologize to the mail lady tomorrow lol. & raise more hell on ebay...

Ouch, well if the seller is honest he should ship it out to you than without a fuss, cause I know if multiple items are on 1 tracking # Ebay will honor the seller rather than the buyer...

Long story short. They marked shit shipped before they shipped it. Then they added the figure they left out into my new order and effed up the tracking numbers. My figures are on their way!

I've been screwed by a seller on ebay (as I think some here can relate) and although I don't know you, I'm very happy that you're not getting screwed.

Even though this wave is old, I got Yellow Lantern Sinestro today at my local Target. This does complement my White Lanternt GL, Black Lantern GL, and Hal Jordan GL, as I already have the old blue and black Sinestro!! Once I get my sh*t out of storage I'll post it all here! But for now....enjoy

The Legion-class version did get a retail release, but not the deluxe.

The deluxe version was cancelled in the US (confirmed by Hasbro in February), but was released in Japan last December. I don't know why that Ebay listing is saying it's the Hasbro version, though. I supposed it's possible that a few could have sneaked out by accident, but I doubt it.

EDIT: It's shipping from Taiwan, so it could have come straight from one of the factories. That, or it's actually the Asian release and the seller is being intentionally misleading.

I'm still hoping Hasbro just needs a retailer to carry the deluxe and HA versions as exclusives. I'd hate to be forced to import/Ebay them if they end up an Asia-only release like the end of Animated.

Although that auction does look rather tempting....

went to one of m LCS' today and decided to splurge on this for 10 bucks. Its someones model they constructed. Probably glue/snapfit. Its pretty huge, i included an old Micro Machine Tie Fighter for size reference.
