|

NA na na na na na
na na na na na na na... "BATGIRL"!!!!.... Thanks McF ;^) |
Flash looks great. Will not fight for it though. Much like the Az Bats, tried but not wasting the energy any longer. Make it easy or I'll end up saving all my cash on most of their products is my new mantra. No point getting reverse, if I cant get this flash. The domino effect.

Batgirl
This looks nothing like Yvonne Craig. Plus the figure was shown next to Batman and Robin-and she was taller than Batman. On the show she was shorter than Robin. Apparently, scale was thrown out the window here.

Craig's estate hasn't been playing ball with Batgirl merch for a while so it can't look like her, that's why her packaging says Batman '66 instead of Batman - Classic TV Series; she's from the comic based on the show rather than the show itself. Two-Face has the same distinction along with (presumably) the upcoming Lord Death Man.

My guess is this will be retooled into the Luke Fox suit.

Strange..Mcfarlane finally does a manties version of Batman and none of the grandpa panty lovers are saying hooray for banana hammocks on the outside of a superhero costume. DC fans..I'll never understand them. |

Joking aside i am actually happy the 80’s batman suit i grew up reading is finally getting done. |
Oh I didn’t know Target charged me as soon as I preordered Flash. I thought they would only charge me once they ship the figure. Oh well. Lesson learned.

The neck and old Revoltech style articulation were the only things that knocked Hush Bats down a couple of points for me. Hush Bats also has the "Manties" as you call them. In fact almost every version of Batman McFarlane has released uses it. Not sure why you said,"Finally." I've always preferred the "Overwear" (I'm not calling it "Manties") design because it breaks up the sea of grey. It's just how I think of Batman and Superman. Probably due to the fact that I looked at that design cue for 30 years before it was changed. Great figure. I'll definitely be picking it up. Quote:

If I were concerned about things that’d look silly when objectively considered, superheroes would be a bad thing to take an interest in. Figure looks great, btw.
