Nope. In fact, I'm not even sure I want to see it because going to see it means supporting this terrible direction DC is heading. Plus, the movie version of Green Arrow and Flash will never even a quarter as good as the TV show ones.

BTW, who the hell sits in the front row at a movie theater? That is like asking a deaf man to go to a concert.

That and people with nothing better to do on a Friday night or little kids who like Superman and/or Batman but aren't technically real fans as much as they are kids. I can't weigh in too much on this since I am not really a DC fan beyond Batman and even then I don't keep up with him I just have some classics and the games, I do know though that a good amount of non-comic fans will still see this movie because it's a superhero movie/Summer blockbuster hopeful (whether or not it becomes a true blockbuster is yet to be seen). I'd like it to be good since I didn't like Man of Steel very much and Suicide Squad looks like a pass so we need a new good DC movie that isn't the Nolan-trilogy.

Lol, oh ok...I just said that because usually the ones that talk trash about something (in this case the movie) are the first ones to go see it. If you don't support the direction DC is taking then the best thing to do is not attend like you said. I'll be at the IMAX San Antonio first row (but from the back section right above the handicap area)!

You guys might want to make a tj maxx run if you want some cheap DCC stuff. I saw cyborg, rabbit holed batman, GL (with the Phoenix jones mask), capullo mr freeze, lex Luther and some others I think.

Was that the Armored Luthor? (I don't know of another DCC version). Do you recall how much he was going for?

I know man...I'm just poking fun with these dudes, they take it all personal...it's fun reading their posts. You're right, I don't like Affleck but I've got to at least give him a chance. For the love of Batman!! Lol

I used to hat him so much just because of Daredevil but recently with The Town, Argo, and even Gone Girl I've switched to being kinda impressed with his work. He could be a good or even great Batman, we'll see in a few months.

Well I hope you're right...Jennifer Garner on the other hand, I can watch her all day! I don't care if she can't act...I watched every episode of Alias just for her, lol.

Just like that ha...am I that easy? No dinner, no drink at least? Lol...man, I just hooked up some friends with the extra ones I had. I'll check if I have any other left. Which one do you like? I might be able to get the arrow single carded one (number 5 from left to right on the pic). I'll let you know.

Kirathis 12-02-2015 07:14 PM

Awesome Deathstroke collection Raf. What version is the second one from the left? Probably my favorite of the bunch.

He was being sarcastic dude. It's funny because (not saying kain or anyone on here is like this) if people dislike an interpretation of a character and others like it they say they are true fans and others aren't. The people who like it are "sheep" and those who dislike it are "true fans". There is really no way to come back from a "true fan" argument.

It was the armored version. I'm thinking it was $20 or $25 but don't quote me on that.

Yeah, I'm honestly not sure what I want to do. I don't want to support this direction, but I want to give it a chance because I want to love everything DC does. If Jeremy Jahns gives it a glowing review though, I'll probably go see it. If not, I'll do what I did with Fan4stic and Bayformers 4, ignore its existence.

And of course, like usual, I like the hard to find and expensive figure...

Probably be one I pick up if I find it for a good price but not something I will actively look for at the moment. Deathstroke is cool but not one of my top priorities. I still have Lanterns to get. Thanks for the info all the same.

This movie preview look SOOOO sick....
I liked how they did man of steel...and hope they keep this up..
glad they seemed to have borrowed a marvel "tone"...
Really hope this one solidifies THIS universe...

Kirathis 12-03-2015 05:23 PM

Ok yeah, definitely liked that trailer. Dark but with a bit of humor as well. Sounds like a good pair.

Well I was on a road trip to the east side of my state. Much easier to find stuff there as there are a ton of collectors in my area.

Is it Doomsday or Darkseid? I'm not sure.
