There were so many scalpers out today it was awful! This one guy had a bluetooth in his ear getting told what to grab. He snatched a red ninja right out of my 3yr olds hand while i was looking around, my son was holding a couple joes for me. I f@#king lost it! Needless to say he gave it back and gave me 2 out of the 8 three packs he had also. Grown men are worse than spoiled children when it comes to toys, lmao. But anyways i hit up tru for there bogo 1/2 off sale and grabbed some stuff from target also. I will post pics after i put my son to bed.

Amen brothers, I think I'm usually a pretty level headed fellow but if that happened to me not only would he receive the deserved "ass beating" but I would also start shouting for everyone to hear about how he tried to rob my child. Ain't nothing like a little "humiliation" to lay those damn scalpers low... ;)

WOW! I would of probably ended up punching the guy and or getting security that's bs! That's 1 negative side on such an innocent and awesome hobby. Scalpers and people who charge outrageous prices on ebay piss me off. Scalpers more so becaue I can see them or their effects in person. But sellers who have rare or out of stock items who charge 3-10 times the original retail price along with high shipping irrates me to no end. Ex ML Deadpool MOC is going for $80-100, you'll get a seller who has it buy it now listed for $299.99 with $60 shipping and my first though is gfy, but then I think someone maybe stupid enough to pay that and they don't know any better. I would like to wish good karma upon us all with our toy hunting, trading,collecting and run ins with scalpers.

Absolutely ridiculous. I'm glad it ended well for you and your boy and what a ..... Yes, there are waaaay too many scalpers out today (and last night). No sharing, furtive movements, bribes being offered (no shit). This is Memorial Day! The last 17 hours have kind of made me ashamed to be a toy collector. Instead of looking like an adult child, I'll spend my evening / night on this forum with 99% sane people.

I saw Bane at a TRU today. It wasn't bad looking I thought.

And the high shipping fees doesn't even make sense on ebay anymore. Used to be that the shipping didn't get charged a Final Value Fee but even with cracking down ebay didn't like how much money they were "losing out" on. Now shipping gets charged the fee too so it makes no sense to charge shipping at all really. Should just be included in the price of the item because it will be the same fee for the seller.
