Who knows? Why did they use the Jason Todd Red Hood instead of the Joker version? Mattel keeps messing up.

They didn't use Jason Todd or Joker they used New 52 version

Would have been nice if Larfleeze has biceps swivel too. I gave my Saint Walker a blue sword from Young Justice Aqualad.
