I bought that hisstank and returned it. I don't mind the anniversary editions since they're supposed to remind me of the 80's. But for a new design it was made like it came out of the 80's.

All kidding aside, I agree, the cardback artwork isn't really all that appealing. Furthermore I can't see Dwayne Johnson being part of a secret ninja clan. Oh well, that's what Paramount wanted and we'll just have to see how it turns out when the movie is released next year.

haha, btw, good review on cc man. \m/

seems like sneaking around with his stature would cause some kind of...roadblock. See what I did there?

DHeezy, what are your thoughts on that Hisstank? I picked one up last week and I'm not crazy about it, I think it feels a little cheap. Just curious.

It def feels cheap. I had to snap the shell back together in a couple places and the flat spot right above the cockpit has a small gap in it. According to target.com, my local one shows some in stock. I'm gonna exchange this one if they indeed have some.

Thanks! I like the updated look of Cobra Commander plus the black scheme looks better than the blue. I hope the camera showed what I was talking about with the red Cobra logos standing out better.

Indeed I did. You didn't hear the drum roll in the distance after you said that? ;)

Very nice! Those 3.75" Cinema of Fear figures are great! I wish they would make more. Michael Myers and Pinhead need to join that party.

DogFashionDisco 06-12-2012 08:03 PM

Agreed, those would look bad ass on display with my Sideshow ones.

There's a gap above the cockpit, the shell is overlapped at the seem under the cannon, the cannon itself pulls out no problem, the trax need to be super glued to the chassis to stay on, the wheels don't even roll.

Once I glue the trax on it'll be ok. My nephew will get a kick out of it when he's a lil older. I'll just get another one to keep sealed with the rest of my retaliation collection.

Yup second that....why they put him on card I will never know.

Pretty cool, isn't there a Shockwave HISS tank coming out at the SDCC this year? Same one I take it but transforms?

Here's a cool TFW haul. Didn't realize that Ironhide and Ratcher are the same mold...

Great haul! I wonder if Ratchet is as impossible to transform as Ironhide (I find it difficult).

Also, I don't think the SDCC Hisstank transforms, I wish. It's just Shockwave purple, has a "Shockwave" cannon, and Decepticon logos. It comes with a bunch of cool stuff (like 2 figures/gear) and when you combine it with the Masters of Evil pack, it has the ability to drain my bank account.

Thanks. Keeping those two MOC since they're kind of spendy that and I'm afraid to transform these older more pricier figures too, no store to return them too:p
Really? I thought the whole idea was so that it transformed, seems kind of lame than that it doesn't.

I was going through our posters at work (that no one buys, simply because they dont know we sell them) and came across a bunch of banner sized posters. So I bought one, and I love it!

If anyone is interested in them let me know. We have like 13 different ones to choose from.

On a side note. It was my girlfriend's birthday this past weekend. I decided to get something really special for her.

*Drool* Colossus is my favorite X-man but I haven't pulled the trigger on this figure of him yet. These pics might just make me do it finally though... :D

Does he have a calf swivel above his rocker ankles? If so, it looks like he pretty much has the perfect set of articulation a figure could have.

D00MTR0N 06-13-2012 09:09 AM

a malgus opener from tomstoychest, thanks again bro. \m/

Hello, fellow arkers! Just got the new Marvel Select Spider-man from my LCS! he is so fresh, yo! And, I can not believe all the articulation that they gave him! Holy smoke! Colors vibrant on his costume, his eyes are shaped so bad ass, and the extra hands he comes with are just a fabulous bonus! Marvel Select is really done an impressive and incredible job on most of their figures this year! Have a great one, fellow arkers! Will post pic of web head when I get the chance!

jaybird7072 06-13-2012 09:44 AM
