There were issues with joints, paints, and plastic used with early figures. They have improved greatly since then and seem to be taking some advice from their customers. Currently, I probably buy whatever that produce in my preferred scale and look forward to their release of characters from "The Wandering Earth Movie" and "Invasion of the Awaken" Chinese anime. You can buy one of 3 figure kits for about $15 bbts or lockertoys for about $12 since you don't want to spend to much.

I been thinking of getting the pilot cooper fig and sand colored titanfall2 mech and maybe that spec ops us squad. Have you ever used small joes?
Bbts is sold out of what i want except the mech. Damn.

I've definitely bought many things from small joes. With the Joy Toy products, Locker Toys tend to give you a better price deal. I picked up the Russian Army 3 man team for about $33 for the set. I wasn't too familiar with titanfall, but can see the resemblance with pilot cooper and the Hardcore Coldplay marine. Their Free Man Mech is solid, not like Takara's Scope Dogs. It has several attachment points for the weapon it carries. I hope the start making additional accessories to personally modify the mech like what you can do with Gundams. Looking forward to more 1/18 Mech designs. Some people use the 1/24 their mechs with their 1/18 scale figure by inserting the pilot w/o their legs/pelvis.
