Here's what I got today:

I was glad to see that the 6" Avengers finally showed up locally. Passed on Iron Man as it looked to be a straight re pack from the Armored Avenger line. Saw Cap too, thought he looked ok but didn't have the funds for him.

Amusingly enough I ran across the GI Joe trooper at the same Wal-Mart I found the Avengers at, which I had been told wouldn't be carrying GI Joe stuff. The pickings were awfully slim so perhaps the management decided to try selling only one case of figures to gauge sales. Other than the figures, there were the Snake Eyes and Storm Shadow masks but no vehicles, not even the peg warming motorcycles that are so prevalent at Target.

Actually retail was either suppose to send them back or sell whatever they had left, you won't see anymore until next year due to the movie being pushed back.

Thanks, that means alot :)

^Yeah I am glad you showed that photo Roadrevenge. That looks like a great collection even without every figure. It would be hard for me to get every version of every turtle, but one of each bad guy would be cool. I really like my Krang with his Android body.

Im not interested in getting EVERY turtle or even EVERY bad guy.

I am just happy to find some of them that I find interesting. Good or Bad condition.. I don't care. lol

As for the Krang with his Android Body... I had that when I was little.. I never sold it like my other turtles.. it just simply dissapeared! Drives me nuts thinking about it. lol

But it was awesome! :)

Ninjinister 06-19-2012 10:23 PM

Which Krang w/ Android we talking about? The giant version or the standard scale?

Keeping with the theme (I didn't just get these but we're talkin' Turtles), I just got my Raphaels on the wall

More here.

DogFashionDisco 06-19-2012 10:24 PM

You need the guy that has a pizza box for a foot. I had that figure as a kid, he was freaky.

I think there's only one painted, one unpainted in existence. I know who has the unpainted proto for certain.

Made by 3A studios, and from the creative mind of Ashley wood, he's a famous painter and now toy marker. Like Sideshowtoys and Hottoys, these figures are pricey typically $100 + but limited runs and heavy detail of craftsmanship.

Exodus 06-20-2012 03:06 PM

Ebay haul, probably one of my last Universe haul for now.

That's one freaky Pizzaface. That's one figure that I wouldn't have minded a spring-loaded action feature. Kind of weird that they gave him a pizza disc weapon without an action feature of some kind but whatever. I have the big Krang figure. He's kind of rubbery because he's hollow rotocasted. Have the small one, too. I'd say that I have a near complete collection except for some of the variants, Hotspot and Scratch and I also passed on most of the gimmick turtles like like the talking turtles and spitting turtles, etc. I did get the Movie Star turtles, though, which look great. I have every single bad guy except Scratch. I was such a huge fan of TMNT growing up and still am but sadly don't have the room to display them all, they're mostly in tubs. Nice to see other shellheads on here. :)

Here's my BBTS haul....I rushed it so the delivery wouldn't conflict with SDCC. Needless to say, I'm PSYCHED!!!!!!

usagent27 06-20-2012 05:50 PM

First Avengers Cap. I like this costume better than the Avengers movie one. I'll be trolling ebay for an Evans head sculpt from the Avengers Cap once people start chopping them up for parts.
