Despite the pants, I think the AoU Hulk is the best of those three.

I'm always gonna prefer the Wal-Mart Avengers version, if only for the fact that his torso and arms actually match in texture :D Plus, a Hulk without tattered pants is like a Superman with no cape!

Currently superman has no cape. Just it's tattered remains wraped around his fists.

... and yet, he appears in the current Darkseid vs Anti-Monitor JLA storyline back in his full caped costume which is supposed to be after his depowered cape covered fist phase. Pretty much explains why I hang out here instead of any DC threads. Their continuity is all fkd up. Lol

I've come to the decision that I do indeed need to be more picky with my Marvel figures than I was with my DC stuff. I hardly ever touch a lot of my DC figures and I am a DC fanboy first and a Marvel fan second. The only time I am going to collect an entire wave is either when I want the BAF or I end up wanting 90% of the figures in a wave and it would be easier. No more of this buying everything just for the sake of it. Hell, I already have some figures I want to sell off.

I'm not sure if it's the shade of green in hand or what, but The Indestructible Hulk/Doc Green version is my favorite, though I did pass up the AoU version knowing I'd get the 3-pack.

I see...maybe it's time to update my Yahoo page news, lol. The bottom line is, no matter what their policy is, they pretty much do as they please. In one local store, I was told it has a street date, but they sold it to me anyways and price matched. In the other local store, the street date did not matter because everyone was asking for tha 3 pack and they just decided to put it out on the floor, price match and that dude I tell you about gets the deal of a life time @ $8.50. In Arizona, not only would they not price match but they wouldn't even let them go because of the street date. In other states, I've heard they only price match if available online. Who's right? Well, the costumer should be but it's not like that.

My Hulks torso does not match, it has the same torso and color as Ruffalo Hulk. I am guessing mine just came from a bad batch? I know it was new because Target brought the case out of the back for me. Hard to tell in this photo but IRL it looks really bad, especially since I was looking forward to the bright green hulk. I guess I have to go have a look at some more and see if they are all like that.

The mismatch is really obvious when the photo is viewed on my phone but something is lost in transition between there and the computer.

Yeah, mine's not 100% match, but not too bad. The Ruffalo Hulk is the same mold other than the head.

NYCC Wish List? Blade and Rogue. Finally. Doesn't matter if they are new bucks or not (although it would be nice to see Blade on an updated body...) at this point I don't care. Just give us something. You managed to get Batroc, Jubilee, Blizzard, and Bulldozer out to us after all this time...so please! I'll even take them in a BAF version at this point.

Unfortunately, unless they are planning to do a re-release of Punisher to coincide with his debut in the MCU thanks to the Daredevil TV series, I honestly don't think we will be getting another fig of him for a while. Although honestly...do yourself a favor and get the ML Series 4 figure from ToyBiz. It'll more likely be cheaper than than the last Hasbro one, and honestly, there is little to nothing that Hasbro could do to top that figure. It's a freaking work of art that holds up today...

My Hulk has really bad mis-matched greens as well. Both sets I got were like that. It really makes the figure look pretty bad :(.

I hope we get Mantis some day. She'd fit in with the Guardians and Avengers. I also hope that rumoured line with Silk and Ashley Barton are true.

Just got Rescue in... she's way cooler than I assumed she'd be despite not having the Pepper head included! Some great new sculpted parts and an awesome color way really make her pop.

Did you get her through the subscription or eBay? She looks great. Can't wait to get mine!

Got her via ebay. I don't think those subscription figures will be shipping for a while. Just gave her rocker ankles and some magnets, and now she's a posing beast. =)

Major storm tonight, so I keep messing with Rescue. Still need to sculpt some sideburns, but here's a quick Pepper head I rigged with some spare bin parts (Wasp head with Spider-Girl hair). Sorry for the mod pic spam, but I'm bored right now. =p
