My bad too since I misintepretted what you meant. No, the movie's not out until August 5th. At least in the US. Who knows about the rest of the world since it is hard to tell these days when even a movie with the name AMERICA in it comes out in other countries first.

It's kind of sad when I have to give praise to that Adam West crap, but you're right, Romero's Joker was far more Joker than Leto.

I don't have an issue with Leto as Joker, I have an issue with the way he looks. The only way it would make sense is if he is not the original Joker, but someone turned into the Joker by the original or a copycat like the Jokerz were in Batman Beyond.

Funny you should say that, there's a fan theory going around that this Joker may not be Joker but instead a certain sidekick to a certain caped crusader, take it with a grain of salt old chum!

I agree with you 100 percent! Jared Leto joker is the worst interpretation of joker i have ever seen he looks like a tattooed albino Radioshack employee.

Thanks man so do i! I just picked him up a couple of days ago and was surprised how much i love him i think him and bane are my favorite BAFs in the dc universe line. the details on him are really good especially for being as old as he is.

Amazing as always! Question...does your fig come apart easily from the right hip area of the leg? Mine always does but only from the brown leg side.

This might be a defect then...I thought it was mine only and I've had mine for years.

No sweat, dude. He did have a good bit of tooling in comparison to other DCUC figs. That said, Rex was a Collect and Connect, so more attention was going to be paid to detail. IMO most, if not all, DCUC figs hold up, but I'm a diehard fan...

Thank you, sir...but you've seen that pic...it's old and I posted it on this thread back when there used to be a lot of activity. To answer your question, yes, my fig's mud/clay/earthen leg falls off often. I bought another one and the same thing happened, ultimately selling the extra with a description of the 'problem.' I agree that it's a design flaw, similar to the dilemma I have with my Atom Smasher...

Oh wow...that's true. My Atom Smasher's legs fall easily. I had forgotten about that.

Edit: My green BAF Kalibak's arm (don't remember which one) fall off too.

TheBlueMarvel 07-16-2016 08:34 AM

@Raf

No probs with Kalibak, man....maybe I got lucky?

It might be just mine...the brown Kalibak's arms are just fine and it's the same mold, so, I'll need to look for another arm then.

Me too mattel is supposed to be starting a new and updated Dc multiverse line starting in spring 2017. It's going to be done by the four horsemen and supposedly is going to be alot like dc universe but with the new rebirth characters

Many, many favorites, dude. If I had to pic, it'd be between Martian Manhunter, Dr. Fate, and Orion.

Man, I wish I was able to do anything like that with my Metamorpho when I had him. The legs wouldn't stay on for jack***, so I couldn't get him to pose with the mud piece attached for even a second. As such, I couldn't do anything with him other than stand there in a static pose.

That Dr fate picture is badass! I could never find the Gold variant but i was lucy enough to find the yellow one which is a really great figure. How the hell did you finish Giganta? I could never find Gentleman Ghost in package. But found him loose everywhere without the part lol

SpasticPlastic 07-16-2016 10:27 AM

Just stopped at Walmart to buy some deodorant. I don't buy toys there. Ick. Well, at least until they start carrying NECA or DCC. But, I thought I'd have a peak at the toy aisle. There was 19 SS Harleys. Thought about buying the lot and putting them on Ebay, but I ain't no scalper. There were 6 of that Marvel Deadpool, too. I did see some McFarlane TWD construction sets. Didn't know WM carried those.

Man...I'm glad we're all "venting" here...lol. Seriously, I never thought this was an "all figure" problem. I at least feel better knowing this.

Was the Harley with the jacket and hammer there? The guys over at the Marvel thread would kill you if you tell them about the Deadpool...lol.

Yeah, dude. My Metamorpho isn't terrible, but it's shitty enough to annoy me. Definite QC issues with this particular C&C.

I have the regular Fate also. I actually had the normal version first, then caved years later and bought the variant (shortly before taking that pic). Giganta? I bit the bullet and bought her and the tiny Atom she comes with for 100 bucks years ago. I have most of the DCUC figs, but unlike Raf (who has a collection the likes of which I have never seen before), I still have roughly 20-30 or so figs I either didn't buy yet (Legion of Superheroes, Crime Syndicate, etc) or don't want (Gentlemen Ghost, White Lanterns, some Yellow Lantern: Batman/Scarecrow, etc).
