Unblock.us is $5/month. It's a VPN made so Canadian's (and others) can get Netflix and Hulu and stuff like that. So worth it. I have the settings on each device so I get both libraries since Netflix Canada does have stuff like Dexter and some newer movies the US doesn't have.

I do that too in order to fill the gaps. Up here most people have bandwidth caps so using Netflix for HD or downloading torrents gives them overage charges. I hear they are starting to do that in the US. I switched to an unlimited plan with a small company so I could download again. Oh, and downloading music and movies isn't illegal in Canada lol.

As long as we don't make a penny, its all good to the government. So I guess we can have ONE nice thing!

Piratebay works fine. I miss megavideo and the torrent sites that were shut down but more will come. I think people avoid piratebay because they want to avoid being tracked and that is where the RIAA/MPAA go first.

All of the rules here are general guidelines. Let's assume you've read them. If that's the case, and posting a MU pic makes sense, go for it.

But if all you do is post MU pics in this thread all day, and refuse to post them in the 3.75/6.00/customs threads, just because you like this thread better, and think "fuck those guys' rules" - that would be an issue.

It's the repeated ignoring of the rules, or doing it out of spite because you want to stick it to the mods/admins, that's a problem.

The overall point of this thread is to be NON Marvel. Just keep to that spirit, and everyone should be ok. A little Marvel tossed in when it fits is fine.

No one will be hellbanned without warning so long as we don't believe you are blatantly and purposefully ignoring the rules. And in most cases, you will be warned before any infractions or bans happen, so if we are wrong, and you really didn't mean to do anything wrong, we can work it out then.

That logic goes for all the threads, and the entire site. Hope that makes sense.
