Oh I'd love a 6 inch Retaliation Cobra Commander. I'd pre-order that instantly.

I am with you there...I need more villains so a 6 inch Cobra Commander, Destro, Mindbender,Serpentor,Nemesis Enforcer, Zartan, Golobulous, and Baroness..would be the Bees Knees...
even though the ML BW could be repurposed into the Barones now

Byrnes 06-04-2014 01:52 PM

Going back to my childhood in the 70's early 80's days. I always loved a full army of vehicles and stuff for my figures the way Star Wars and GI Joe did it.

Jaws - 4" figures, 16" Great White and an Orca/Bronco/sailboat.

Mad Max/Road Warrior -N2Toys were OK in 2000. Could you imagine an V8-Interceptor with motorcycles and a Tanker as well as other cool vehicles back in the early 80's with your O-ring figures of Max, Wez, Toecutter and Lord Hummungus and even Master Blaster

Grease - Sorry I loved it/still do. T-Birds/Scorpions gang fight and again some grease lightning cars to race

AND last but not least as other have said JAMES BOND! How the hell does a successful franchise like this not get into the action figure business in the late 70's early 80's when Moonraker For Your Eyes Only and Octopussy are huge at the box office. I'd hardly call 12" Mego "action figures"

Nymesys Prime 06-04-2014 02:06 PM

Action Jackson
Remo Williams
...how could they have not made these

Scarjo Lucy would be killer plus she can cross over as a BW in another set of clothes.

I stick the to GI Joe scale mostly. So I ignored those thinking they were 6 inch.

Good call!
Remo Williams would be hilarious to have on a shelf. And of course since you reminded me, let's get Leonard Part 6 in there too! And Black Dynamite!

Say what? If it's not Travolta/Newton John it's not Grease. Saw it at the drive-in 79 when I was 6-7. I was mesmerized by the music and also asked my mom why Rizzo had a bun in the oven, Mom said she was "cooking" lol.

Feijai 06-04-2014 04:09 PM

All disney movies, no more cheap crap.

Nealb90 06-04-2014 04:43 PM

I would love to see some Wes Anderson movie figures!

Especially from the Life Aquatic. It Would be awesome if they release the whole team and possibly a "limited edition" jaguar shark with the submarine. Kind of the like the Jaws set from movie maniacs.

Oooh, forgot about beverly hills cop. And let's throw in Christian Slater from "Pump up the Volume" and "Kuffs" too.

Tremors needs a grabboid line unto itself outright. Oh the the dios that could be made with AIM or the Hulk using those. And you can never go wrong with a Kevin Bacon action figure.

Also while at it, throw in some Quantum Leap with Sam and Al.

Punisher 07-25-2015 04:44 PM

Kingsman A Secret Service, and Chappie, can you imagine what NECA could do with the Chappie liscence!

305Batman 07-25-2015 08:17 PM

How about a Kurt Russell Legacy series? The possibilities are endless!

NECA would make like a Chappie, and maybe a police robot. Both would undersell and then the line would die and people would blame NECA for some reason even though it was never a very marketable license.

From Funko? No thanks, their QC issues are way too varying.

I wish someone could make Mad Max Fury Road figures but I already know the answer to that.

OGTrilogy 07-26-2015 06:01 AM

Some folks have already suggested the ones at the top of my list, like Back to the Future, The Last Starfighter, Serenity, X-Men: First Class, X-Men: Days of Future Past and the 007 Series.

Another one I always wanted as a kid was Johnny 5 from Short Circuit. I don't care about the human characters, but we should have gotten an 8-12 inch Electronic Talking Johnny 5.

While I'm thinking about it, I want an Electronic Bubo from the original Clash of the Titans movie too. I know there was a 3.75 inch figure line back in the day, but this would be a one-off collectible piece. He'd have flapping wings, a spinning head and Movie Sounds.

I loved Short Circuit! "Steff-an-nee"
I also loved Clash of the Titans and as a kid, that owl was the coolest!

ukmu 07-26-2015 06:49 AM

I would have loved some GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY 1/18figures. We got 1/6, 1/12, even a new 1/24 line. As a 3.75" Marvel collector I would have enjoyed that.

I like ReAction Funko figures. I love how they make figures from the eighties and love that they crappy quality. My 9 year old son loves his horror series!

Tonka back in the day had a Mad Max 3.75" line with converted Tonka vehicles. I had some and they were some of my favourite figures and vehicles.

I don't think a 6" Joe would do well. Mums and Dads wouldn't buy £20 war toys. I couldn't see it lasting. I get the appeal for them sure, just don't see Hasbro pulling the trigger. Maybe if it were more cartoony or Mashers perhaps. War and military stuff is a hard sale these days, especially realistic ones. Just my opinion.

TheBlueMarvel 07-26-2015 07:59 AM

Caligula...figures. Now.

Colossus would need whole arms to interchange, the costume ended at the shoulder, and Wolverine would need 2 figures, not just interchangeable hands and head.

I'd go something along the lines of 3.75":

X-Men Trilogy
Sir Ian Magneto w/ helmet & cape
Sir Patrick Xavier w/ wheelchair
Wolverine - leather "X" costume
Jean Grey
Cyclops w/ optic blast
Storm w/ X2 & X3 shorter hair variants
Phoenix w/ Dark Phoenix head
Mystique
Rogue w/ interchangeable gloves
Bobby Drake
John Allerdyce w/ lighter
Colossus w/ metal variant
Nightcrawler w/ knife
William Stryker
Calisto
Senator Hank McCoy

2-Packs -
Anna Marie & Logan w/ jacket
Iceman vs Pyro
Wolverine vs Deathstrike w/ interchangeable hands

Brotherhood boxset -
Toad
Sabretooth
Wolverine/Mystique
Repack Magneto

Last Stand Boxset -
Wolverine X3 costume
Kitty Pryde
Juggernaut
Beast

Origins & The Wolverine
Logan w/ bone & metal claws
Victor Creed
Wade Wilson w/ katanas
Deadpool
Stryker
Blob

Yukio
Viper
Silver Samurai

First Class
Charles w/ wheelchair
Erik w/ helmet
Raven (human)
Hank w/ serum
Moira MacTaggart
Sebastian Shaw w/ helmet
Emma Frost

Villains boxset -
Shaw repaint w/ helmet
Emma Frost (diamond)
Riptide
Azazel
Angel Salvadore

X-Men boxset (final battle costumes) -
Beast
Mystique
Havok
Banshee

Days of Future Past
Future -
Magneto
Xavier w/ hoverchair
Storm
