Found Dark Wolverine for like a buck at a used stuff store which was cool cuz I only wanted him from that CP anyway. But his left knee is like super floppy loose... what is the best way to fix loose knees on MU figs?

Ok, I just found a Multiple man and Wrecker at my local Walmart but both of their right arms keep falling off near the bicep. They will stay in place but every time you try to move the arm it just falls off. Is there a fix for this?

my Comicpack Daredevil seems to have a sort-of loose Torso, does clear nail polish help? how and where would I apply it? [front or back? thru the seams?]
Thanks! |

hmmm.... try dipping them in hot microwaved water or keeping em under a relatively hot lamp till they're a little pliable. then let em cool off and pop em back on. basically hot water should "reset" the plastic since it was likely warped a bit due to the packaging. works the same for legs that fall off a lot. otherwise a little bit of glue or nail polish and letting it dry to bulk up the joint should work too.
those comic pack figures that are basically the wolverine origins figures can sorta pop apart at the torso. like a bar with a ball and socket in there. though it depends, i'd cracked a wolverine apart using force but didn't heat anything up to begin with. so prolly add heat. some of the figures i have popped apart with relative ease, others won't budge. but essentially, add glue or nail polish and let it dry on the ball or socket area if you manage to get em apart. |

ah i meant the XMO based figures separate at the upper and lower torso with the bar and ball attached to the upper with the socket in the lower torso.

I just bought the xforce 3 pack and my dealpool's ball hinged hips are really loose. It is almost impossible to stand him up because his hip is so loose. Is these a fix for this? For a quick healer, deadpool can't seem to heal his old man hip

However, I started taking the little clear rubber bands that are used to hold figures in the tray and cutting them in half. -Then I take the band and thread it around the loose joint and into space between the hip and the body and tie it off once. -Then pull it tight until all you can see is the each end of band sticking out on either side of the hip. -Snip off the excess band with scissors and bingo! you've tightened up the hip without using sticky and permanent glue. - And then if its too loose or you want to sell it or trade the figure to someone as it was originally you can just carefully nick the band with the tip of an exacto knife and it'll unravel so you can take it off. No damage done to the figure and everyone is happy. :) And yes, I'm aware that might be an extremely confusing process without pics so I'm gonna take some today to better "illustrate" the point. |

Hey everyone can nail polish remover be used to tighten hip joints

Can the clear nail polish trick be applied to clear/translucent plastic? My TFP Cyberverse Ultra Magnus has two very loose shoulder joints and I'm debating about whether to try the super glue or nail polish trick. But I also don't want to damage the joint, since the ball part is translucent.
