Dengar and Rex should not be on this list. All Clone Commanders , Especially REX, should be made. All of the classic Bounty Hunters should be made ( Dengar, 4-LOM, Zukkus) without question. I really could see them as a 3 pack exclusive. They still need to make ROTJ Boba Fett. Aurra Sing, Cad Bane, and even Judo Cast should be made. WHERE THE HELL IS MY ASAJJ VENTRESS???? and Count Dooku? Mace Windu? Grievous???

Darth Talon should be in a 3 pack with Darth Kryat and Cade Skywalker.
Starkiller should be in a 3 pack with his Dark version, Light version, and regular version.

Hasbro didn't make this list of characters, the fans did. These are the semi-finalists that were chosen from over 18 websites that each enlisted a fan-poll. Fans could choose any Star Wars character as their choice, and these were the most requested.

Regarding Rex and Dengar, both are canon characters so I wouldn't be surprised if Hasbro doesn't already have unannounced figures/plans for these two already in motion. With the way the Black series is going forward, this seems to be the only way to get Starkiller, Jaina, Talon, or Mara.

I voted for Darth Talon. A very alluring character those design screams "This is STAR WARS!!" to my ears with the subtlety of a Leonidas on the warpath.

Interesting how many characters from last year didn't stick around, also I remember there being more than six last year. Grievous' absence feels especially noteworthy because even though he turned out to be a complete chump in the movie it seemed people really were clamoring for his toy. Then again a number of losers from last year's poll are getting made anyway like the Snowtrooper and Ben. I would predict that Mara Jade will win for roughly the same reason everyone voted for Revan last year: the fear that this will be the only shot at the character getting a figure since the canon-wipe.

By 'Captain Rex,' do people want the young or the old version? Same goes for Dengar. Do people really want the old mummy?

Starkiller with a recognizable face sculpt might be appealing, but overall, the list is a puzzle to me.

Quite a few characters fall into that obscurity category for this poll. So far, Jaina Solo and Darth Talon seem to be the tied/top contenders for winning.

I want to know about rex also because if it's the young one i will vote for him if it's the old not so much

I wish they would specify which versions because with Starkiller they're showing his Sith version from the expansion which even then was a non-canon "what if?" story. Dengar it's safe to assume would be the movie version, he was only in like one episode of the Clone Wars and more people would recognize wrapped up Johnny Cash.

Regarding Captain Rex, the poll-site mentions the Clone Wars animated series as a part of his description and the image used is from his appearance there.

I find it very weird that Mara Jade is tied for bottom since she was like the number one EU character people went on about, they could still find a way to work her into the new canon like how they're fitting Thrawn into Rebels. Jaina Solo on the other hand can't exist. I never really got into the post-RotJ stuff because it always felt like published fan fiction like I knew in the back of my mind that the moment they made a sequel to the trilogy it wouldn't just be an adaptation of these stories and their validity would dissipate, also there was some stupid stuff throughout those stories like the entire totally-not-the-Borg invasion.

Yeah i voted for Rex which I doubt he will win he is behind by alot. So if he doesn't win i hope starkiller does. Ive never seen Darth Talon before she looks kinda cool

When I voted earlier, Jaina and Talon were tied for first, Starkiller third, Mara fourth, and Dengar and Rex tied for last. I have a feeling that the poll numbers will ebb and flow for the next few days.

Regarding Mara, her fans are definitely split. I know I am. I really want a Mara, but I also really want a Talon and Jaina. If Mara had been the only female or only EU character, I'd have no doubt she'd have taken the top spot.

I want to see Jaina win if only because (to my knowledge) this would be the first time they've ever made an action figure of her. I used to love the Expanded Universe as a kid, so it's always cool to see those characters outside of the page.

Now that it's closer to 10,000 votes Talon is winning with 21% and Jaina is right behind at 19%, Starkiller has 18%, Rex has 16%, Dengar has 14%, and Mara plays caboose at 12%. Definitely not the runaway victory so far like Revan secured last year. Out the gate he constantly held around 40% total votes and the gap between him and second place remained double-digit through closing. This year looks like it will be much more of a fight, I'm really not that interested in any of these six however.

She got a toy in the 3.75" line but I do recall it became online exclusive which angered a lot of people since the wave she was in was centered around EU stuff.

I went with Jania. Love The New Jedi Order and Legacy of the Force books, probably my favorite novels from Star Wars. Starkiller would get my vote, but who knows if they would do the Sith armor design.

I've been reading up on Jaina Solo (my collecting never got past Dark Empire). Cool character. I could go for a figure of her, if it's done well.

So this selection was fan made, right? If that's the case, they could just, y'know, just make a whole wave out of what we have here. Guaranteed to have fan interest.

I would be so for this. I had a tough time picking between Mara, Talon, and Jaina. I went with Jaina because this might be the only chance we get a really good figure of her.
