They say that about all the exclusives. It builds excitement. Toy molds are expensive, so it’s certain the John mold will be released in some fashion in the future, be it a John only figure, or a terminator/John two pack, or something. Randy is not the issue. He’s promoting his product. That’s what you do, drum up excitement. How excited would people be at comic con to stand in line 4 hours if it was announced it’d be available w/o motorcycle for $24 at Target in 6 months?

Hopefully people will be chasing after Jon Conner next week....anything that helps to take some eyes off the TMNT set this year.

It says 3 headsculpts, but the packaging shot just shows 2. I sure hope it's only 2, because that's the limit on how many I can buy.

Damn, that's a really good looking Supes figure. And a fabric cape! NECA is killing me with their exclusives this year. This makes three I want, and there are still more reveals.

Whelp, was really hoping I could skip this year's mad rush online for a NECA exclusive but I'm gonna need that Superman/Alien two-pack (and the Batman/Predator one they'll no doubt announce last).

Love the soft goods cape on Superman, but don't like the ab joint cut. Very Marvel Legends. May just stick with my DC Direct Justice League of America Superman.

Batman/Predator's the one I've been waiting for the longest and want the most. The blood-stained bat's pretty epic.

Guessing the NYCC exclusives will be Batman/Joker Alien and.. Green Lantern/Alien?

Looks like NECA's now saying the two DH/DC 2-packs will only be sold as a $120 bundle online. They'll be sold separately for $60 each at SDCC.

I wish they stuck more closely to the simple, original Kubert design for Batman's armor (basically just helmet, pauldrons and metal gauntlets added to a regular Batsuit painted silver), but what looks fantastic on paper might be visually boring in execution. No doubt, that's what motivated NECA to improvise by adding all the extra details around the torso and legs especially, the goal being to produce a more visually interesting product. Also, it might have been top heavy. (Kudos to NECA for a fantastic job with the cape and helmet.)

The predator looks great. Those colors are perfect.

I'll buy regardless, as a tribute to one of the best comics ever. Wish Gibbons and the Kuberts would revisit this crossover.

Edit: Uh oh, they can't be purchased separately outside SDCC? So much for that.

Well that sucks ass. I only wanted pred vs bats. I sure as hell not buying a set i dont want in a bundle.
