They finally cleared the air, the weapons rack is totally unpainted now, but better what they were going to do at first anyway.

That's good as far as the figures are concerned since they can use their accessories without required plastic maintenance, but now there's a slab of plastic included I have absolutely no need for.

The little tea cup with the sculpted steam coming out of it is genius. Genuinely one of my favorite accessories I’ve seen on a figure ever.

Too bad I really don’t care about this figure and don’t think I could use it with anything else.

Yeah I agree, it's for the best but now the weapons sprue looks dumb like you said, but accurate I guess.

@RamenRider you kinda seem like a negative person/downer. Seems like @Spooked was being sarcastic. I'm just happy we have these or something Turtles based on vintage stuff. I wonder what the packaging will look like. I didn't care about the weapons not being perfect. So will we have two weapons racks.

SHF has the best turtle team on the market. (Yeah, I'll say it again and again, feel free to continue criticizing me) You own that set? You happy with those? I was, but it didn't matter because nobody else was and the line came to a severe halt.

Would I rather have had a few changes or additions added to those figures based off of all the criticisms so they sold better and more figures came out??? Absolutely!
People warned them the head scuplt was too toony, SHF didn't listen, and now it's over. Totally amazing figures, down the tubes. 30, 40 bucks on sale....a damn shame.

The Barnes in my area couldn't move the SH Figuarts Turtles at all. Unlike more popular Figuarts, these are fairly easy to find for below retail price.

I have to agree with them being shelf warmers. The MSRP was $60 I believe. $240 is a lot for the set. I got a new set for $120 from Megapolois during a sale which was great.

But it's all relative, I'm paying $80 per Mafex figure and am fine with it haha.

I really don't think it's ADHD with Bandai, if something sells (like DBZ) they pound out releases. I really feel like Star Wars is lacking for them and they basically only make some stuff just to do something with the license. They have a ton of prototypes they haven't done anything with.

They languished for over a year, easily, in the 2 Philly areas Barnes I go to. The Toy Source was selling them for $45 (they still have Mikey), BBTS still has Mikey and Donnie for $47 each. So they can still be found pretty easily if people want to pick them off from different stores.

I just think you're flat out wrong. I hardly see anyone posting pics of the SHF TMNT figures, 90%+ are using the NECA cartoon turtles on their shelves. What company in their right mind doesn't produce figures for lines that sell well?

Bandai is one of the biggest toy companies in the world for a reason, they know what sells and what to make.
