Easiest way for Hasbro to avoid things getting clearanced too quickly, as well as combating the consumers with the "I'll wait for Ollies/Ross/Clearance" attitudes. Pretty soon, Hasbro is gonna make it so that sleeping on figures is gonna be a bad idea. The ball is in our court now. How consumers will respond should be interesting.
