deker is no easy find either.

I've stumbled across a few Deker's so not too worried about getting it. Just more so haven't been compelled to pull the trigger on his figure kind of like on the samurai figures. I know Rita has been a lot easier to find too. Must be due to those beady little black pupils of hers.

So the other day after lots of asking and asking, I finally watched Super Sentai Gokaiger (at my brother's behest) and I gotta say...damn! Its actually a pretty great show, and I'm actually interested in watching more of it; which is more than I can say for any other 'Ranger show over the past few years.

I wonder when its going to get localized here though? I'd love to have some nice figures of the Rangers or their badass Zord. (Gokai Red and his steering wheel are obviously a MUST. ;)

I'm ok with waiting for now, but I may take you up on the offer later. I'll have to check out that Mega Mode set, tho. Thanks!

Depends on how the ratings for PR Samuari are doing, and whether Saban wants to adapt it. Assuming both are good, then it's usually about 1 to 2 years after it airs in Japan before the PR version comes out.

For example, Samurai Sentai Shinkenger ran from February 2009 to February 2010. Power Rangers Samurai debuted in February of 2011 and is still on the air. Chances are, a localized version of Gokaiger probably won't show up until 2012 or 2013 at the earliest. And that's assuming they skip Tensou Sentai Goseiger, which came out after Shinkenger and before Gokaiger.

If it does get localized, it's gonna be a lot different since any teams pre Zyuuranger aka Might Morphin might not be included. Who knows though...still a ways off since Goseiger is next after Samurai finishes.


Actually found a normal samurai gold. Looked at it a bit and put it back down. I already own the Figuarts gold and see no point in owning a figure that's not as cool.

Still on the hunt for a Pink Ranger, but now it looks like I'm going to get all the Rangers in their base Samurai versions, in addition to the Mega ones. Also saw 2 Ritas, but passed on them both. I don't care how rare she's supposed to be, she looks like crap. Good thing I don't collect any MMPR toys.

I love me some power rangers (Zords) especially the first few Zords .. To bad they made the dragonzord so small .. But I still love it !

Some new stock at work. Upgraded versions of the Red, Blue, Gold, and Green rangers with big, fancy coats that look like they stole them from a Bleach convention, basic versions of Pink and Yellow, and new monsters. All in the 4" scale.

Man I am skipping ALL of the Power Rangers Samurai figures and just saving up for the SH Figuarts Shinkengers. I already have Shinken Red and Shinken Gold from TRU, Tamashii showed more on the way at the Tamashii Nations event recently, like that Deker guy(forgot his name in Shinkenger), and more. SH Figuarts rule.

Gokaiger is awesome, I started watching that recently, and worry how it will be localized. Might be deemed too violent, I don't even know if they will STAY as pirates. Maybe Power Rangers Sailors or something.

Gokai Blue rules and I LOVE Gokai Yellow. Definitely want the SRC GokaiOh.

I thought I posted it here already, but I finally found the Pink Ranger at retail. Now to try and get Red, Blue and Green to finish my Mega set.

Not sure I'd want to start on a set of them, especially since I don't know if all six will be part of that series too.

Only Red, Green, and Blue so far. Though one would hope Pink and Yellow get it as well seeing as they wore it in Shinkenger too.

I hope they get to the Mega Shinkengers too. Get the most use out of that mold.

How are they going to explain all these other Sentai teams? What will they do about the American exclusive members like the Titanium Ranger?

They could always pull a Kamen Rider Fourze and say that the other teams were legends, or go with Decade's "alternate dimensions" angle. Probably a lot easier than trying to keep them all under the same continuity any more.

I am so happy I got a seal original green ranger for ten bucks. His card is pretty beat but I wanted a wcomplete one for my open collection.

I'm gonna say they'll omit the previous teams. They never used Dairanger suits so it'd be pointless to even show those. I figure they'll just do the ones that were shown in the US. I mean look at the mecha. All of them are from series that were actually shown.

Not sure how the American members would be handled in Gokaiger. However, I can see Tommy coming back for a few episodes. Wait..does Burai show up in Gokaiger? I'm only at episode 6.

BTW have you guys seen Kakuranger? I just saw the 1st episode...it's awesome! They're ninjas. Ninja White Tsuruhime may be the best female ranger ever.

Kakuranger was the series that had Muteki Shogun, Tsubasamaru, and Kakure DaiShogun...known in the USA as Shogun Megazord, Falconzord, and Ninja Megazord respectively! Muteki Shogun is my all time favorite sentai mecha. Muteki Shogun all over your mom!

It was rumored that the Goseigers might NOT come tot he states and they'd bring the Gokaigers before them because of it being the 20th anniversary next year.

And Burai has a pretty significant role 11 episodes later.

I thoroughly enjoyed Kakuranger. Too bad the transition over to Power Rangers was horrible. God do I hate Alien Rangers. But yeah...Kakuranger was awesome. Can't wait to see it's tribute episode in the upcoming weeks here.

By the way, I ended up giving my Pink and Yellow Mega Rangers to my daughter. I decided I'd rather have a complete set of the Rangers in their base outfits (which I now have). I still kept my Gold Mega to display with the Claw Zord, though.
