I have mine... right from SDCC.

It's a great figure... I mean how can you have Punisher w/ no Nick Fury? I'm ok with paying the $25... I mean I would have rather NOT got this e-subscription, but its only 1 figure and hopefully not something that will become a habit for them

I found out through a helpful posting ( believe it was Kluster Bombs) that they would sign you up for the service at the SDCC and give you the figure instantly.

I'm definitely passing on this figure until Hasbro releases an older version of Nick Fury, which they probably will at some point down the line.
