So yeah I tried the head swap and it looks cool and all but didn't seem right to me. Maybe it's because the drone's has a lot of darker gray and is not all silver and whatnot. Anyway I'll stick with the way he is. I gave him some spiffy new shoulder pads so I think he'll be happy with that.

That would indeed be cool- I've got some parts for a custum Rescue set aside- an armored Scarlett torso, the Mu "Silver Centurian" IM for legs, arms and a lot of modding to make the helmet with that great pointy chin!

You know, the next six episodes of EMH are on youtube already?
They air in Europe months before they get to the States so...
Lots of awesome Masters of Evil and Asgard coolness coming for you!

snake5289 05-28-2011 09:57 PM

I'd like to see some pics when you finish. I've already read the episode summaries on Wiki when I was looking into when they'd be airing and they sound awesome but I'm waiting to watch them when they premiere. Gives me something to look forward to when I wake up on Sunday morning.

That's very cool- I had seen all of season one on Youtube but still bought the first two disks (damn Disney for splitting up the season).
Had some friends over for pizza and four hours of Avengers and Clone Wars!

Lots of laughs and fun- a great show to watch with a group.

There's a repaint carded Ultron coming- when that hits, I'll be making a few customs- like that crazy flying sled thing he had for a time instead of legs!

snake5289 05-28-2011 10:09 PM

Yeah I thought about snagging them individually but they suckered me like that with Wolverine and the X-Men so from now on I usually wait for the complete season sets. Avengers: EMH is definitely one of Marvel's better cartoons.

I've seen pics of the new Ultron but I like the red a lot more that the green.

Jason Abbadon 05-28-2011 10:34 PM

Yeah, I saw Wolverine and the X-Men entire series set at Target for $25.

Star Saber 05-29-2011 01:26 AM

Probably a tie between Jim Lee Cyclops and Archangel :)

Theta Rock 05-29-2011 01:57 AM

For me it's a 3 way tie.

Bleeding Edge Iron Man

Gladiator

Apocalypse

Look on youtube to see the rest of the season(which already aired in australia) the last 6 episodes are by far the best!

Haloid1177 05-29-2011 02:11 PM

Bleeding Edge Iron Man. That will change when I get Cable.

Kaewin 05-29-2011 02:43 PM

I have three Vision , Yellow Jacket and my newest Taskmaster. Out of the three I think he looks the best.

Of course if I had a Thanos......

Good Stuff 05-29-2011 04:34 PM

I really dig Dark Spiderman ...love the paint app, it's got that shimmery purple accents and the head/eyes and muscular build rocks. Thing is tho, the figure is too small to be Venom and too big to be a convincable Spiderman....so I find it doesn't really fit all that well in the MU line. But as it stands alone, it's pretty cool.

No...he works perfectly as Venom- in the Dark Avengers comics, Osborn was giving Mac Gargan drugs that conrolled the symbiote- he would sorta "Hulk out" and go into Venom mode when there was no cameras around and Osborn gave him the nod to eat people (which he disgustingly did).

The figure pretty accurately represents the "Spider Man" that Osborn paraded before the world as his PR stunt (and to draw the real Avengers out from hiding, I guess).

Good Stuff 05-29-2011 06:03 PM

That makes sense - the figure the works well in non-battle poses with the rest of the Dark Avengers, but otherwise, I still think it doesn't work all that well in battle poses with other figs...

True but the same holds for "dark Hawkeye", which I was suprised was a single carded figure- they should have made him and Iron Patriot as a two pack.

jimster2010 05-29-2011 10:03 PM

Hands down its Thor

iceman09 05-29-2011 10:24 PM

I'd have to go with Silver Samurai. New Mold, new articulation, awesome paint apps. Next would be Xforce Warpath... he just looks bad@$$!!

Hot Shot. 07-16-2011 01:27 PM

Classic Iron Man
King Hulk
Thanos
BE Iron Man
Deadpool

EDIT: Didn't realize how old this thread was. Oh well.

stjuggernaut 07-16-2011 01:36 PM

its a toss up between modern armor thor and WW hulk, hulk may just pip him..

Aheld92 07-16-2011 01:40 PM

Silver Samurai and Jim Lee Cyclops are tied for first in my book

Jason Abbadon 07-16-2011 06:10 PM

Doctor Strange FTW!

...though my heart will always belong to the (IM2 Comic line) Silver Centurian.

AndyCR75 07-16-2011 08:34 PM

Captain Britain (strictly MU line)

Haloid1177 07-16-2011 09:13 PM

Toss up between Bleeding Edge Iron Man and Cable. Knew it would be.

Come on Andy. Tell the truth. Team X Wolverine has always been your secret favorite.

Balljoint 07-16-2011 09:55 PM

I LOVE the Secret Wars Hawkeye and the Mac Gargan Venom.
