Daaamn, thanks for the heads up @Morzilla. I'm running to the Target in Dadeland after work at 3:30 to try and snag a Winter Soldier. I live close to the Target on Bird Road, but I haven't seen anything there :(

I saw that a local Target has cleared some shelf space but no figs yet. Any day now I would assume.

One of my local Walmarts has a layout plan posted that shows a significant amount of shelfspace devoted to Captain America stuff. It's dated 5/16.

Why have some stores released the figures but yet I keep hearing about this street date of 5/16/11?

Picked up winter soldier, ultimate cap, and shield bash deluxe cap today. The cap figures suck, but the winter soldier is great

The Winter Soldir is indeed great looking...and I got a "basic" comic looking Cap...he's..

OKay. His haed really looks more like the USAgent than Cap, but I might swap his head with some GIJoe for an "unmasked" version (assuming I can get the head off- it's a smaller post joint than MU).

Still, I'm happy to have a Cap in darker blue than the SW two pack version...though I think this new Cap is a bit too big for MU- he's Thor sized!

Hmm...cant wait for Crossbones- and I'm HOPING for a Baron Zemo! Man, Zemo would be a huge addition to my assembled ranks of villians!

He's way too small!

In fact he's out of scale with MU because of his height. He's supposed to be at least 6' tall and he seems a bit short for that.

The box says Of course 50% of stores ignore that. The other 50% actually follow the instructions.

Be nice if somehow wave 2 figs got thrown into the mix too when they start filling pegs. Just don't want to find villains down the road since seems 1 of each per case.

Awesome. I can't wait to be playing with my big-ass Cap! I been playing a lot of MVC3 lately. I need a Cap fig representing that size. 6'5", 260 lbs. The MU Cap seems quite puny.

It's gonna be a serious battle procuring a Crossbones.

Okay, that's what I was hearing at first. I'm thinking whatever size the figure actually is, it'll be okay.

I saw the deluxe figures at the local Target today but none of the regular figures. I might go back out tomorrow and see if I can find the movie Cap and Red Skull.
