It's the Comic Pack Training Suit Snake Eyes. I hope you're joking.

TheSymbiote 11-01-2009 06:07 PM

the box looks unopened.

scarecrow 11-01-2009 06:37 PM

Yeah... Cause Hasbro Comic Packs are sooo hard to reseal:rolleyes:

That, my fellow Minnesotan, is the result of some jerk who decided he only wanted the Captain America, and screw whoever ended up with the defaced package.

Tisk, tisk..

SSj3 Derek 11-02-2009 03:34 AM

And of all the figures you could chose to steal, stealing a Captain America figure . . . There is something really, really wrong with that.

CrownCoke 11-02-2009 06:54 AM

Its Snake Eyes Apprentice... from the Comic 2 Pack.

I would rather have that than the light blue Cap!

tensionhead 11-23-2009 03:29 PM

it is unopened

I would look harder, if I were you.

There's no way the factory could have screwed up badly enough to put a 25th Comic Pack G.I.Joe in a MU Secret Wars 2-Pack package with another MU figure. The Joe and MU comic packs were made at least a year apart from each other and quite possibly in different factories, as well.

Even if it was the same factory, all of the machinery would have been reset for the new molds and any scrap or leftovers from the old molds would have been recycled. Not to mention the horrendous QC that would have to exist for something like that to be legitimate.

Yeah, sorry man. Have to agree with Trebleshot on this one. Those re-packers are crafty buggers. This without a doubt a re-pack.

So tensionhead, did you purchase this anyway thinking it would actually be worth something? Just curious.

Johnnyakiba 11-23-2009 06:11 PM

Wow, I was hoping that my thread would have stayed on track. But it seems like everyone is intersted in the guy's REPACK. Seriously, I would feel bad for him but a REPACK IS A REPACK. I don't care if it was not opened. Like someone said already, scalper are crafter M.F.'ers.

I have noticed that there have been quite a few people on Hisstank and Toyark that are trying to get rid of their scalped items! NO OFFENSE. But I think I might have to end this thread if it does not stay on track.

SO, WHAT IS LEFT FOR SECERET WARS? how many are left 2-3?

Snowflakian 11-23-2009 08:44 PM

So far we've seen
Captain america
Klaw
Spiderman red blue
Thunderball
Brown Suit wolverine
Classic Human Torch
IronMan
Spiderwoman
Black suit spider-man
Magneto
Classic Cyclops
Kirby esque hulk
Classic Thor
Classic Enchantress
Ultron
Blue white Mr. Fantastic
Classic Hawkeye
Piledriver

With allegedly coming in the wave 4
Doctor Doom
Thing
Mohawk Storm
Bulldozer

Last two are still officially unknown.
The only thing is it has to be Secret wars era costume, and present during the occurence.

Lotsa people are saying wrecker, we still have one unaccounted for colossus mold, and that's about all the clues we have besides who all they can repaint from who, and what issues are left go to who.

Autobot_Goldbug 11-23-2009 10:47 PM

Well Molecule Man was a major player in the series. I wouldn't mind if they left him out since I don't care for the character.

Staying on topic? On the Internet?!...You know that's impossible, right? ;)

But you're still correct. Back on topic!

I'd say Snow summed it up nicely. As for the last two slots, my money is on Wrecker and either Rogue, Kang, She-Hulk (also could be released in a single pack in the FF costume later on) or Colossus.

Those are like the two I don't want... I'll bet anything we get the whole wrecking crew, and then I really want to see Nightcrawler or Doctor Octupus, but I have this feeling we'll get Sue Storm.

I don't they will do Doc Oc because I think he is being featured in the 3.75 SM line.

I thought of that. But that line looks like it sucks. And I really want a good one. But either Doc Ock or Nightcrawler would call on Hasbro utilizing a wire method like with the Marvel Legend versions.

tensionhead 11-25-2009 12:58 PM

sorry to hyjack the thread sir. im not trying to sell it though, ive since opened it. an impulse buy is all....

Sadly neither of which we've had any clues towards.
Sue Storm won't be in the lineup either, though we do need another female figure in Secret Wars. So far the line up doesn't look like it'll happen.

Sadly we'll have to wait till toyfair to see waves 3+ of secret wars and normal.

Prem1x 11-25-2009 07:03 PM

trebleshot's comments about re-decoing She-Hulk make a lot of sense, but then again Hasbro keep saying we're getting a lot of mutants in 2010, so maybe the needle pushes more towards Rogue/Colossus/Nightcrawler.

Snow, does Hasbro make exclusives for Toyfair?

Snowflakian 11-25-2009 09:20 PM

For toy fair, they haven't yet with MU. But who knows.

I don't know if Hasbro would use wire or just multiple joints. Also, there's the redeco/remold issue as well. I suppose Nightcrawler could be redone as Belasco, and the wire method could be reused as additional parts/parts replacement for multiple future characters (Scorpion, Venom, Whiplash, Omega Red, Constrictor, Mephistophiles, bendy Mr. Fantastic, Super Skrull, etc).

Rogue offers some redecoing potential as well, since she's had quite a few different looks over the years. Plus, I don't see Hasbro retiring the Ms. Marvel mold any time soon, especially with the number of female mutants in Marvel's roster.
