All mind control, mind reading, anything to do with the mind. Everything else is moot. You can control people to be your slaves, get free shit, make the world run the way you want it to be run just by putting a thought into some ones mind that has political power. People say flight, super strength, ect, well I say, let everyone else fly you around and lift heavy things for you!

I still like my idea of a digital screen conjuring into real world power.
Then if I need mind control, just yank a mind control device out of any toon or digital comic. xD It's one power, but the application of that power is endless with how much is available within media.

There was a MAJOR lawsuit over that carnival episode- stolen directlty from an indie comic from a coupple of years prior.
Really- you can use the comic as a storyboard for what they fimed- and they almost certainly did just that!

Wouldn't surprise me. As I've said before I'm not fond of certain practices some marvel writers and higher ups have. This ranks among one of them. They like an idea, so they gank it and change barely 5% of it and call it their own original idea and want to be praised for it.

Yeah, I know, Heroes not marvel, but considering that season was the Loeb era heroes... It counts. It's rather funny how some of their worst offenders tend to fail upwards, and the ones who just get caught in the crossfire of it, get screwed over. It's like that's their Marvel power, to fail upwards so spectacularly. Get promoted for being morally and ethically devoid, while the ones who try to do good just get passed over. Makes me feel sorry for Craig Kyle and Marjorie Liu, as well as Brubaker, Slott, Way, among others, while people like Loeb, Quesada, Yost, Brevoort, and Wacker just keep getting promoted for acting like jackasses, or ganking work and credit, among much more. Well that's not fair to Yost, but he did screw Craig Kyle over in an interview, so that gets him the same disdain as the others I mentioned get. You just don't drop bombshells like that on a friend in the middle of an interview, let alone someone who has been your writing partner for so long. (That's something I realllllllllly want to bring up one day with the afore mentioned interview, but not sure how best to approach it.)
