Why pay the extra for bbts? Just spend that extra in gas driving to STL and pick up a set at target. :P

I actually ended up cancelling by BBTS set preorder just yesterday. I thought I wanted all of this wave, but I think I'll be happy with just Rogers and X-23. Do I really need a second Ultron just because he has green highlights? ...nope. Do I really need a naked man holding a giant spear just because he has swivel thighs, which will only lead to gay jokes from my fiance? ..nope. And do I need Darkhawk since I have no idea who he is? ..no. Will I most likely end up picking all three of those up at some point even though I don't need them and have valid reasons for not getting them? ..probably.

Nothing at my Target, seems like it's been awhile since I've found anything new (outside of Wave 2 of Thor, which while new felt like it should've come out 4 months ago.)

Nothing new so far at my Target, aside from MU Falcon, Jim Lee Cyclops and Thor Wave 2 Destroyer.

When I found out we were pregnant and started deleting all my bbts preorders I went over the people in the waves as I deleted them and decided this exact same thing. It was sad somewhat, but since then I found the entire Dr Strange wave, including all variants, and now the entire new wave as well. However, with the new wave these EXACT thoughts kept me from buying anyone other than Steve and X-23. I also picked up Darkhawk because he looked cool and in case my friend wanted it. But I left all doubles and definitely passed for the first time ever on figures I did not "own" (Ultron & Namor). Own is in quotations because I do own them, just not in that package or with those sweet green highlights in his hair. :P

I canceled mine too. I have almost given up on MU. Retail here is the shits, and ordering online for figures I don't want just to get the 2 or 3 I do want ended up being stupid to me so I canceled everything. At this rate I'll be going with Mattel and their DCUC subscription just to get a figure a month. I'm not saying I won't pick up MU anymore, I just don't see myself going out of my way and using BBTS/evilBay to get these figures anymore. Besides, I really enjoy trading with arkers/buying from honest arkers too =3.

Well, being in the same boat, (with some help from mother nature/the stork) I would love to continue being as lucky as I have with stuff in stores recently, but being more realistic, sign me up for helping one another out here on the forums. I've fallen to just wanting 2 or 3 from most every upcoming wave as well. Which is a good thing on the wallet in the end! :P

Heres what I do when it comes to those extra figures I dont want. I dont want the Namor and are thinking about the Ultron. so thankfully I live near one of those online stores who have their ebay store and such. so I just take the extras over to him, and I either get retail price + a percentage, or I get Store Credit. Either way awesomeness for me. I am taking all my extras up to him this weekend. might leave with a collectors item or money. who knows.
as for loose figures I get from comic packs and boxed sets, I either take them up to him, or to my LCS, exchange and get some good stuff. so there you go.
But I try to avoid the ones I dont want. I dont want the SPidey/Britain 2pack or the Lukecage and Ironfist 2pack(Even though that one rocks), so I didnt get those. avoiding doubles of characters helps me save money. I only have 1 Spiderman figure now after a firesale. Iron Spidey counts as the last living Scarlet Spider Clone :3
However if I only want 1 figure, like in the next set(Astonishing Wolverine), I'll either BBTS him or go ebay

BBTS has the new wave now, and yet they still haven't filled my order for Skaar. xD I think I might start migrating away from them a bit.

Same here. Not sure if anyone really was wanting the Capt Brit/Spidey set though. I'm excited because I actually like the OG Brit costume. Seeing as he's packed with Spidey, there should be plenty to go around... a la Wolverine/Silver Samurai.

I found the Heroes for Hire, capt. Britain and spidey two packs at Targets today. I picked up the Heroes for Hire pack and a Taskmaster/ Deadpool pack.

Went to 3 different stores yesterday (Target, Walmart, TRU). All 3 just got fresh stock - of revision cases that is. Never thought I'd get tired of seeing Moon Knights....

Well, wave 14 was extremely plentiful for me (although, I've never once seen a Doctor Strange). So I'm hoping it'll be the same for this wave sometime soon.
