Not sure what everyone is talking about, I was able to add one to a shopping cart and the total cost was $18.43. Everything was quick and simple. Didnt buy one as I already had one but tryed because of all the posts on here.

Code nycc2011 is supposed to give 10% off but it doesn't work.

You can put it in your cart and everything but until you hit "submit order" is when the problems start

It's not the adding to the cart that is the problem. It's the final checkout. I if you didn't purchase it that is prolly why you aren't experiencing the problem

Same here. I have no problems adding it. I just don't want to pay for shipping. So I don't care if I get it.

Didnt you just say this? I got to the point when my payment was going to be processed. The problem might be people putting 10 in their cart and HTS only allowing 1 or 2 only being able to be purchased at once.

I finally got past checkout on my phone browser. It's ordered and I got the confirmation e-mail!

You can buy up to four. I tried adding 5 the first time. It automatically made it 4.

Holly carp i just tested it on my phone browser and went right through. Crap that means I just bought another one lol.

i just completed my order via the phone.... was on hold for about 15 minutes, but at least I got the order through.

Man the complaints....dont you guys remember how bad the HTS site was after the SDCC site because of the Sentinel, Thor and Skystriker?

I had no problems when I ordered it. And if people are still getting it (even if it is on phone browsers) then they're clearly not sold out, so have at it!

Man good old telephone, gave customer service a call and it took less time than ordering it online. The wait time has gone down since vwong19 called. Thanks for the tip man in this day and age we almost forget you can call some of these places lol

For all of the SDCC exclusives the sales team held a strategic team meeting all afternoon and were not taking calls. I tried to go that route when the computer just froze up for 3 hrs. F them. I still don't have a Starscream Sky Striker. I was ripped off by a Ebay seller for one and will not pay $160 for one
