According to Triple HHH...

shadowland daredevil (captain marvel's body with MU 1st release daredevil's head).

Looks like a perfect match with the Shadowland artwork...but Shadowland sucked balls.

We managed to get the unknown Thor variant here as well.

It must be REALLY unknown!! Tell us more!

That is an excellent custom Loki staff you made there. Really similar to the one we see him use in the avengers.

I have the same Savage Opress staff but cant bring myself to use it because it looks so good with my armored savage!

well done, tiz excellence!

They'll pretty much all work, but I believe most actually mention MU. I've bought a ton from them and never had a problem.

And yeah,.. no PayPal if that's an issue.

Hulk97 12-02-2011 08:33 AM

Found the same stands on ebay for a similar price so i'll get them there, thanks for showing me them

Symbiote 12-02-2011 08:39 AM

Just a heads up if you buy the plastic stands, sometimes the pegs get worn and break off into your figure's foot.

thanks for the heads up, hopefully wont be a problem for me as i'll pose my figures then display them pretty much, although MU is a lot of fun to just fiddle with.

Going for a movie'esque Avengers team and a more cartoon design team like EMH, will post some pics soon, just waiting for a few more figs to arrive and looking for a EHM style thor, thinking Ages of Thunder Thor will suit atm

Optimus Vader 12-02-2011 09:57 AM

I haven't had any problems with my smalljoe stands breaking. The pegs stretch out the foot holes, but no breakage so far for me.

You should consider getting some quake hold. Its cheap and it works great even for the bigger figures too like galactus, sentinel, giant man. You can find it on amazon or home depot.

just checked a local walmart and no endcaps, they only have the star wars set out.

neatogecko 12-02-2011 03:37 PM

My Walmart had them along with the Transformers and StarWars battle packs in a separate section close to the registers along with a bunch of board games and a few other toys.

Nope, too small. They will work for DCIH, DC Animated, and some other DC mattel figures though(probably not classics). The peg is too skinny for MU or Joe feet.

MU and GI Joe use the same though, as do pretty much all the marvel movie lines since IM2. No clue on legends. The animated Wolverine and the X-Men line had a slightly bigger peg hole though. That's the only hasbro 3.75-4'' I've found different from any other line in that scale.

What is it? I live in the UK so it may not be as easy for me to get. I do prefer display stands as the look clean and make the figures look like collectibles.

My Captain America came today, love it apart from the head sculpt doesnt have the wings on it :(

this one (also didn't come with a stand) - http://www.toyark.com/attachment.php...1&d=1322870224
I'm pretty sure its the series one figure. I think this one will be my cartoon style Cap and i'll get a more movie esque one for my movie avengers. Probably just paint the wings on myself unless i can find a cheap Cap with the wings for a head swap. Need a Cap stand anyway

Yeah thats the ultimate version Cap and that series didnt have the stands yet but have those awesome file cards. The Cap that has stand I believe is the classic/ww2 Cap the one with the triangle shield.

cheers, i may pick that one up, shame the color doesnt seem to match, could of done a head swap

LapuLapu 12-02-2011 05:27 PM

They have the Comic pack with Klaw that has white stumps on the side of the mask that supposedly to be wings, if you want wings on the side of the mask the movie line figures have them the comic versions anyways. But if you want that classic Cap theres a repainted version of it with brighter colors but they are seem to be found at the moment in asia.
