Saw these new TF Construct Bots. First time in person.

http://i1058.photobucket.com/albums/...psc83bd23d.jpg

Also saw these new Z-line TMNT playsets. They are all wall mountable with ziplines to play on. Some would make some really great backgrounds for other figures.

Was hoping Target had done their reset since I heard them saying they had pallets and pallets of toys in the back last week. So far I only saw a couple of the Total Justice (or whatever) DC figures and this Star Wars endcap was new.

Same here, ours has been picked cleaned since Xmas. At least the TMNT stuff I have been looking for...

TNMT is plenty at most stores here, even the newer stuff. They have two completely empty toy aisles right now. Not sure what their plan is.

Least you have series two black series 3.75 stars wars there. Not one target in Los angels or TRu has had them I've seen them more at walgreens than target

Ugh..I really hate when they take a case of figures and spread them among ten pegs like that. It really gives off a sense of laziness. It really shows that someone is not doing their job, either at the store level, or at the distribution/management level. I worked at TRU once upon a time, and it used to embarass me to see my sections (which was boys and sports) look like this. I know Target has their case policy (where, if you can't put up an entire case, it's not to come out of the warehouse,) but come on...when it gets to that level, that's shameful. The managers there should show some pride in their store, and in their job...

There were actually two more rows of pegs above those that aren't in the pegs. Those had about 4 figures each on them. The pegs in the actual aisle were full.

Those wall playsets are brilliant ! It's no wonder this new TMNT line is HUGE among kids (well, the cool animated series doesn't hurt either, lol) !

I hope that my Targets FINALLY re-stock the second wave of the 3 3/4" Black series soon :( I've spotted just one case at Target, and the Mara Jade had paint issues, so she was a pass for me. Hopefully, as the stores around here finally restock, my Targets will have just as many Mara Jades as the ones in your area.

Iceman 01-22-2014 01:31 PM

hoping I can see more wave 3. I've only seen one case show up at TRU so far and the banking Sith was already gone.

ukmu 01-22-2014 04:06 PM

Those Z-Lines are awesome sauce with a side of gravy!!! When they come out this spring in th UK I guess I will be painting a city mural for them to hang on next to my son's sewer lair playset.... hmm, maybe some some shelve as roads and half 3D boxes painted to look like buildings with these mixed in on top of a 2D mural....

5 minutes ago I didn't even know I was gonna do it...now it is sorted and I must. Great pics!!!

soundwavempl 01-25-2014 01:51 PM

I saw and passed up on the new TMNT figures at the Walmart off Spring-Cypress and 249 this morning:

http://www.toyark.com/members/soundw...mtmnt-2944.jpg

Notice the Kirby Bat has a packaging error labelling him as the Squirrelanoid.

Whoa...Casey's out? Wasn't expecting him so soon.

Looks like I got a reason to start sifting through the TMNT figures warming the pegs again when I hit the stores!

Iceman 01-25-2014 07:53 PM

That line seems to have a ton of villains. I love how they are getting them out and still keeping the main four in stock. The Turtle stuff seems to sell fairly well here.

ProfessorHov 01-26-2014 12:21 AM

Wow there out nice

Bradsdadg 01-26-2014 05:39 PM

Yes, I got the newest TMNT as well. Just need Rahzar. I noticed some of the newer figures are still around now, Rat King, Spider Bytez, Mousers, a lot of the turtles in training as well...

yeah.. i was surprised to see the wave last night.. i picked up casey jones, i'll probably get the others eventually.. it's such a damn shame they didn't color the accessories.. i mean.. they could've molded both the stick and the bat in black, brown, or tan. .. either would've worked.

there are white baseball bats and white hockey sticks.. but it just sort of seems lazy.. especially when the photo on the back of the box shows both being wood colored.

i wish they had added the goalie stick as well.

i think the painted mask is a neat idea.. but i'm not sure how much i like the face being painted as well.. but at least he looks pretty cool and doesn't only have 5 POA.

Shadowninja 01-26-2014 10:44 PM

Anyone tried those zip line things with other figures like joes? those are kind of cool. To bad they dont have a mountain facade or you could really do the zip line battle from the joe movie.

Phantomcrow 02-01-2014 01:58 PM

Remember seeing these in BAGS at Target, but found them BOXED at Big Lots. They had a fresh shelf pack of 6 and it looks like the Gate set is only 1 per case.

Had not seen the Black Glider set before

http://i1058.photobucket.com/albums/...ps559263e0.jpg

and a bigger set with Green Glider

I has wanted the ship they made (Daedalus I think) but the reviews were so bad. Like missing pieces and the color of the blocks not matching.

my son's school gave him a best lock space shuttle set and that was the crappiest toy I have ever tried building! the pieces would not stay together and then the cockpit wouldn't attach because the blocks were designed wrong. I'm going to sound like a label whore now, but if it's not mega bloks, lego, kreo or knex I don't want it in my house... :p

Iceman 02-02-2014 12:50 AM

Yeah, it's sad the Stargate license couldn't draw anything good. I would have loved to get the ships as Hasbro Titanium series.

Falconhood 02-02-2014 04:59 AM

I have the baggie of the Stargate..it HURTS to put it together. The Dart from Atlantis (SG) falls apart just from sitting...they are indeed crap. Speaking of, look at what I passed-up (I think I'll stick with just the fab-four)

I already had the Gate set and that is all I wanted. I tossed the stairs and base in the trash, The Gate itself was all that was worth keeping.

I also saw all the new Turtles at Target a couple days ago. Yeeeaahhhh, That Casey sucks pretty hard in person. So does the Mutagen Man. I'm gonna go find what box my old figures are in and be happy.

salsa4datass 02-02-2014 06:34 PM

I actually like the new turtle toys. I've bought all the single carded characters for my son so far. minus the ooze, stealth and battle turtles since I don't want him to go down that road with a bunch of turtles...
