Hello all, first time post, long time Masters of the Universe fan. I'm really bummed out that I missed out on my subscription. I keep reading about how the subscriptions weren't met and the MOTUC line might get cancelled. Well, why don't they take more subscriptions? I've called and they said they can't do that. I've read that I'm not the only one who missed the sub and would like to still get it. It seems like Mattel wants the line to fail.
Sorry guys just venting.

First off, welcome!!!

Don't worry about missing out on the first subscription run. They'll probably open up the subscriptions again later this year during the holidays. That's how I got my subscription for this year. I got my subscription around the holidays last year.

That is an interesting proposal, I was kinda wanting something that was a little more , IDK, newer.... maybe looking for a little more to it than a bigger version of the 80s Castle sculpt. $200 seems like a decent price in this market for a MOTU Classics scaled Castle GS, I mean I did pay over $200 for the Matty Voltron (can't wait for the black lion) so I would more than likely pull the trigger on the castle. Guess I will have to wait to see better pics of what they plan to do.

So my tracking number doesn't work and I have no idea where my stuff is. Does anyone else in here have tracking issues with their orders as well or am I the only lucky one in the bunch?

Get on Mattels case. Harass them if need be.

The outsourced customer service is the worst in history. I had to speak with ten different people to change my shipping address. I lost demo man and battleground evil Lynn to poor customer service.

Yeah I've heard nothing but bad things about Matty's "customer service". I'll wait another week and if nothing comes in by that point then I'll start a stink.

How long ago was this? Demo hasn't been avail for months and BG Evil Lyn even longer.

Call their US number, they are somehwat more helpful.

Now to find the time to actually open them,lol. Looking at them in the box though I wish that they would've used some parts that looked a little more reptilian, at least for the yellow one. Using the Whiplash shoulders would've helped out the reptile look a lot more IMO, ah well.

Dheezy, This was way back in decemberish when they first came out. They shipped them to my previous address losing them forever. Of course the stock runs out and they can't replace them.

Dr.Kain, the US number is the overall Mattel customer service, they told me they couldn't help.

No, there is a different number. I think I still have it in one of my PMs from ,org, so the next time I go over there I will get it and post it here.

So is anyone interested in a custom Kevin Kosse 200X Clawful head that's never been put on a body? I bought one just before I stopped collecting the line and paid around $30 for it. I'd only be asking for $18 shipped in the U.S if anyone's interested.

Never long enough. Trust me.

He comes with three replaceable neck pieces. The "no-extension" that he's wearing in package, and then a medium extension and a large extension. You can see the medium and large extensions in the package to Mek's left.

"No-extension" + medium extension + long extension = 14.25 inches. :)

So has anyone had their non-subscription order shipped yet? I bought a non-sub Mekaneck, Zodak, Black Mask, and 6" Flight Stands on 9/17 and Matty has yet to ship them out! You would think 10 business days would be enough time!
