I have a ton of clix but I only played a few times as I don't know anyone here who plays and don't have the time to go to events. It seems cool but a lot of rule changes over the years. Problem is they keep remaking characters over and over. I don't really have room for mine so I am probably going to sell off most of them in the near future.

I have seriously been waiting for you to confirm this for me, thank you. I did a serious search looking for when they might have had an opportunity and the only issue that shows up on comicbookdb is like 211 and Mandy is only in a flashback there. All they really had to do was pack in the #30 armor and they would have been all set as he faced him a few times wearing that suit. or better still they could have made the true Modular armor and gave Mandy his robes circa 312 and I would have bought at least 2.

I want a 4" Modular armor SO BAD too.
as to the Mandarin, I'd personally like to see him in his blue and silver armor that he not only fought Iron Man in but the whole Avengers team on another occasion during the Acts of Vengeance crossover!

What they really need to make are Mandroids and Firepower!

Keep Ant Man and Wasp for your MU collection- both are far superior sculpts to the MU versions.
I've seen people use the Heroclix Brood as MU scale Brood hatchlings- looks really creepy when paired with a Toybiz Brood figure (which can rock if repainted).

It would be awesome if they did a Karr set...

haha.. if it began in the 80's and they're making a toy of it today,.. I'm probably buying it.

I don't, but just a heads up that "Five Below" carries them for less than I've seen them at TRU.

Over that past month ... I found:

1) 6 inch Loki
2) 6 inch Captain America
3) 3.75 inch Hawkeye
4) 3.75 inch Black Widow
5) 3.75 inch Spider-Man

Try the HCRealms.com forums. Tons of clix players there looking to buy sell and trade. I've got a few Handful of Heroes repaints that can work as Clix if you got extra dials. I also got a Hal Jordan clix, no card though.

As far as the Modular armor: YOU & ME Both. and do you mean this armor down below, which I think could have been made by kitbashing Mandy w/ Silver Samurai and painting it appropriately. YES to mandroids & firepower (which if you are going with an Armor Wars theme should always be the villian in the pack, just saying)

No hotlinking - Toyark Staff.

Finally found this guy! And Target is doing resets in the toy aisle so maybe new stuff is coming in. Also the Joe movie 3packs at my Target are still full price just a matter time I guess...

Just got the Juggernaut comic pack. Anyone need Colossus from it?

flipwilson 07-26-2012 10:14 AM

I bought too many toys the past few days. My wallet ran away.

Now, if only BBTS would get in the newest MU wave...

Agreed on all accounts. You were right Jason, I really enjoyed Armor Wars. Can't believe it took me so long to pick it up.

It seems like a lot of Arkers are finding Malgus at their local hunting grounds. I really want to get him.

I know how you feel on both statements.

When Darth Revan came out, was he as easy to find as Malgus now appears to be for some?

Revan was easier for me.

SH0CKWAVE 07-26-2012 12:04 PM

im so not a SW geek, so excuse me for asking, what's the big deal about this Darth Malgus fella?

a new character? a new bad ass villain of sorts?

Really? I never saw him, still no Malgus yet via retail either.

WalkingDeadpool 07-26-2012 12:28 PM

I'm in the same boat...I've haven't seen new SW in 6 mo on pegs...I'm about to resort to amazon....

New villain from the Old Republic game. He's shortpacked and has generally been hard to find.

thanks for the clarification. i will admit i don't dare try to figure out SW sagas and such. i'm all for some Joseph Campbell innuendos and comparative studies with mythology, but learning SW is like learning to speak Skrull.

yeah, that's what I did - if I had to wait for new ones based on what I saw in stores, I wouldn't even know he or any of that line exists.

Phantomcrow 07-26-2012 01:34 PM

Got my SDCC X-force set, opened it, and it is awsome! The Archangel wings are GREAT!! All I have to say is DC Classics Flight stands are the best thing for flight characters, period :)

http://i1058.photobucket.com/albums/...w/IMG_1263.jpg

Also got some new Gears figures and KITT minimates and Earthworm Jim.

It's mainly just that he's tough to find. The character is actually pretty badass, but to be honest,.. it's a shitty figure.

I can only speak for my personal experiences, but I saw about three Revans (bought one) back in the day, but haven't seen a Malgus at retail yet. I have two, but got one via trade here and bought the other on Amazon for $13 shipped to use as trade bait.

Hold that thought,.. maybe we can work something out when you get those new MU figures.

PapaMustache 07-26-2012 01:41 PM
