Those BF figs look cool. Just not for me. Again. I'm just not a fan of that movie either. I hope they sell out and eventually lead to Huntress, Powergirl, Zatanna, I wouldn't mind boxed sets of Legion figs either. Maybe Saturn Girl and Brainiac. And Lightning Lad and Ultra Boy.

The thing about Darkseid is that, since he was bigger, he was a dollar more, and he shipped in his own solid case. So, stores would get in mixed cases of the regular figures- Batman, Superman, Joker, etc.- but then a box of something like 24 Darkseid figures. So you'd have stores with a mix of a bunch of different characters, and then literally dozens of Darkseids.

I agree, though- awesome figure! I got him as a kid, and thought he was great- huge, cool cape, action feature, and the awesome light-piped eyes. They should have just either worked him in to regular cases, and made less profit on him, or maybe sold him in a 2-pack with a unique hero figure (Maybe a battle-damaged Superman or something).

This is only the second Darkseid they've done in their Multiverse line. I'm not counting the exclusive variant of the movie version as a truly separate figure since it was out at the same time and was just the same figure with the torso overlay.


I don't know what's going on but in my area this is no longer the case. Several stores have greatly narrowed their DC sections to just the standard figures (and occasionally still Page Punchers or the collect-to-builds). I kinda want to blame the sunken citadel pirate, I saw that bastard everywhere and don't recall seeing a single one move until they got pushed to the clearance section and even then they clearly weren't selling.

He was a great figure though. I hope McFarlane tackles a few more characters in their Super Powers specific looks. Namely Steppenwolf, Mantis and Braniac.

That's a bummer. A couple of the Walmart in my town stopped carrying DC figures (we have FOUR) but, Target gets them and other than a few stragglers always seem to sell through with only a couple left for clearance. Except that damn Citadel Pirate. Weird choice for a release. It had 3 negatives going for it: 1. Shown for about 2 seconds in one frame. 2. Relatively expensive. 3. He was something like 6 shades of brown and boring.

Those Batman Forever figures are magnificent. I truly have been kissed by a rose on the gray.

This makes me hope they’ll make classic Doctor Fate with a yellow cloth cape.

I have bought two Doctor Fates (Injustice and BA which I combined into a better Dr Fate) already if they do this I might buy a 3rd

Mcfarlane really want to get the live action series done ASAP, maybe WB really want to stop any previous live action merchandising, once their new project start showing in theater

I'm very stoked for the Batman Forever stuff. I really wish they would have went with Kilmer's Panther suit though.

I think it’s just selling really well. I get mailings from Warner Bros and they are always pushing merch from older DC films and media.

This is the first time all DC films are being represented in the same scale. This is a dream for many of us.
