Silk is coming in the upcoming Infinite Spider-man wave.

If we get Thor and Kamala Khan this year it will be a great year for new female fan favourites. And if they have a 3.75" Lockjaw I'm going to hope we get a 6" version as well.

Kirathis 01-02-2016 09:39 PM

Stumbled across this at Target tonight. We never had them during the initial release and tonight there were at least 16 of them at $25.

A little of both. While I'm familiar with Gwen Stacy, I know nothing about Spider-Gwen (I really hope that's not her handle). The fig itself isn't terrible, but it also is nothing special. The paint app is solid enough. These petite female bodies don't seem to work well with adult heads. As some pointed out with Mockingbird, who I believe is using the same buck, Gwen's civilian head seems too big for her body. Maybe it's the hair. Additionally, while the head sculpt is a good one, the expression is pretty lifeless. She has this stoic, almost vapid expression.

@En Sabah

I'm not sure why I thought you commented on this, I must have been in a bigger rush than I had thought before going out.

Thanks for the in-hand pics TBM. It's nice to see something more than bland marketing shots. Still mixed on whether or not I will buy the wave but your shots (as usual) are making me want them much more than I did before.

It's Not, that's just the 'official' nickname/shorthand to identify her among all the characters using the 'Spider-Woman' handle.

I was in the Kissimmee, Florida area this weekend with the GF others for a disney park visit. Anywhoo they now have a large "superhero" store in downtown disney. Didnt buy anything because nothing caught my eye.. they had tons of ant man wave figures, marvel select hawkeye bleeding edge iron man etc.

The biggest thing that caught my attention yesterday while going to a few Walgreens they finally got the yellow suit Daredevil here in florida...

Just bought the Absorbing Man Wave via BBTS yesterday. It's my first time ordering from then. Any idea of when the wave might get here? I got FedEx Ground Shipping and I was hoping to get it by Friday.

Really looking forward to that Venom. Can't wait until my case comes in later this month.

Just curious...does anyone know of any casting places that have either the Carnage or Toxin/Anti-Venom hands casted? I haven't seen them on Casting Cave or on Ebay, so I was wondering if anyone has spotted them elsewhere? Was looking to add them in addition to the other interchangeable hands for Venom when I finally get the figure in hand...

VonPooten 01-03-2016 03:18 PM

Sorry mate I haven't seen any hand castings around, apart from one set of Iron Fist ones from Casting Cave. I think the extra work with the peg is too much for people to be selling at a few dollars possibly? Which is too bad, since I'd love a few sets of Black Panther's claw hands.

Usually BBTS is pretty on point when it comes to their deliveries. You'll more than likely get it by or before Friday. Just keep an eye on your FedEx tracker...

After watching Dreadnox's review of the BR Spider-Man/Carnage, I might just use those Carnage hands, since I'm not really all that interested in using the Carnage parts, especially if I'm going to risk tearing off the head like that. I was just hoping someone had a casted version of those particular hands by now, as I didn't want to go through the expense of securing another Toxin/Anti-Venom figure just to maul it for parts...

Good to hear then!

I'm suppose to fly out to New York this upcoming weekend so I was hoping the package would get here before I left so I had time to fool around with the figures.

BBTS is top notch.. i've bought numerous items from them and never had a problem. However can't say the same about fed ex shipping....

You must have a twin brother too (like Sabah Nerd)...I like the twin that posts all the pics (he's the best IMO), but, I don't like the twin that writes a book every time he is trying to make a point...Lmao

Awesome pictures! How did you get that pose? Also, what Wolverine is that?

TheBlueMarvel 01-03-2016 09:23 PM

@Raf

I'm not sure how to respond to your comment other than to say that it's a good thing that I don't worry much about who likes me and who doesn't. I guess you could block me? Or become more enthusiastic about reading?

Lol, it's a joke...relax. I'll become more enthusiastic about reading from now on!

Thanks, dude. The pizza Spidey buck is pretty light and can support itself in a variety of different postures. The Wolverine is the Legendary Riders variant sans hat and coat.

TheBlueMarvel 01-03-2016 09:40 PM

@Raf

Good, reading is healthy for your synaptic pathways!...and yes, I knew you were jk'ing. I was too, except my jokes are more caustic...sometimes.

Awww, shucks...you think I'm the best? lol

Hah! There can only be one! Hopefully, the twin you prefer will win the immortal duel to the death...then everything will be good!
