I wonder if Multiverse has an unrevealed figure.
You can't do a wave with just Superman and Catwoman. Returns Batman would be fairly easy but I don't see them doing a 3rd Keaton Batman so soon. Unmasked Catwoman would be nice but I doubt that would happen. anyone tried Evergreen or DCIH heads on Batman yet? Microman and TDK are a tad big and make the legs look much worse than they already do. |
DCIH is way too small. I went with the Bale head.

looking at some of my old vehicles tonight got me wondering how many of the Kenner molds Mattel has?(we know they have the Batcave and TAS Batplane) Very unlikely but theoretically they could take the old DKC Batmobile, alter the seat and rerelease it for Multiverse at $40+ probably going to display mine with Multiverse Keaton Bats when we get him. |
I got Multiverse normal Bats and Mr. Freeze the other day. Really like them. Armored Batman would've been better but I can't find him anywhere. REALLY want Azrael.
So Spring is Keaton Batman? YEEEEEEAAAAHHHHHH I would buy a Keatonmobile for him in a heartbeat. |

Thankfully Wave 1 doesn't seem to be peg warming so people might actually get to see future waves. Wish Catwoman replaced Zod in wave 2 though. |

I live in a relatively low populated area and within a week or two these were wiped out. 4 stores with 14 full pegs all together and we are down to 2 standard Batmen, a single Bane and a Deadshot. It was surprising because not much ever moves out here unless its ultra rare like MU infinite Wasp will probably be. I would preorder unmasked Keaton though, he will be hard to find. |

Anyone know how that Beyondish Evergreen headsculpt compares sizewise to the similar TDKR version?
TDKR version works great for my Cassandra Cain Batgirl custom, but something slightly smaller might be perfect. |

Batman Gotham City All-Stars - Pack of 5 (3.75") : Target The black Batman here. |
Oh! I do have that one. I'll give it a look-see.
EDIT: It's a tiny bit smaller. Not significant, but noticeable. |

Whoa there's a Killer Croc in that line? I had no idea.
Starro's eye looks like it's seen better days. |

So this is the thread that brought me to the site... I've casually collected MU for a little while now, and recently I've been looking into DC stuff to go with it... been pretty disappointed in what I've found. Is that the general consensus? I love love love the 6" New 52 line, and wish there was an equivalent.
I do like some of the Injustice line... how does everyone feel about the quality of them? I'm sure it's been discussed before, but are there any hints that DC Collectibles might do another 3.75 line after Injustice? |

It's up to you, though. If you're the type of collector that leaves everything in package or sits everything standing up on a shelf, lined up in rows, then you might not have issues with DCC's 3.75" products. That's the safest way to make use of their stuff. I never liked any of the Infinite Heroes stuff. As far as Mattel's new Multiverse line, I don't know if most people are disappointed or not. The Arkham Batman definitely was, and I do wish I hadn't bought Freeze, but Bane is pretty good. I'm pretty excited about the movie wave, too, though they will all be left MOC. You'll see me get very excited if they announce a Robin or Hush, or any vehicles. Right now I'd say that Multiverse is off to a halfway decent start. MU took some time to become great too - I've got the early Punisher to prove it. |
I'll never understand why Mattel would stop the Crisis 3.5 line when their new Black Adam with the cape and the great articulation was a big step in quality, in the direction of the future MU.

Mattel's DC multiverse - not badly priced, better quality than other DC 3.75 but not the best articulation. also fit in better with the smaller movie versions of Marvel figures |
Dang, that's no good about Injustice. I guess I'll sit and wait on DC to see what happens then. Depending on what future Multiverse waves hold, I might try those. I'm really not looking for all that much... just the basics, the Justice League etc. That's why I'm drawn to the New 52 6". Consistent, nice comic designs.
Ah well. Hopefully DC catches up with multiverse. |
I haven't had any quality issues with the injustice figures and i let my brother play with them.
The multiverse figures definitely have potential, hopefully the articulation gets better though |
Man nothing on Multiverse Wave 2 yet?
Little worried. |
