Toys R us seems to have added more. Marvel Legends 6 inch Action Figure - Heroic Age - Hasbro - Toys "R" Us

Marvel Legends 6 inch Action Figure - Thunderbolts - Hasbro - Toys "R" Us

I assume "Heroic Age" is bucky cap. I'm tempted but 17.99 is pushing it before shipping.

I reeeealllly like this Loki too. I'll pick one up loose when I can score it cheap, but for now I'm completely content with my BAF Onslaught series Loki.

I think ToyBiz spoiled us at the beginning with their huge as BAFs. But the thing is it's just a Build-A-Figure. Not a build-a-huge-ass-figure. We were fortunate in the beginning and towards end of the ToyBiz line we saw the BAFs getting smaller. In the end it's just another "free" figure

Raw materials are just too expensive to do the larger figures at this pricepoint. Hopefully the MU large scale figures will continue to do well if you need a truly giant figure like Galactus.

Yes, the Masterworks are awesome

Greenskar 02-27-2012 11:01 PM

Ultimate Bitch Slap Mr. Fantastic. Accept no substitutes.

BigHanksCustoms 02-27-2012 11:03 PM

Reed Richards keeps his pimp hand strong...........damn strong.....

Greenskar 02-27-2012 11:06 PM

Someone should consider this Reed Richards in place of Ron Jeremy for a certain spam pop up ad.

Ha, what sites have you been going to?

Greenskar 02-27-2012 11:10 PM

The ones that have Ron Jeremy pop up ads...duh.

i got 3 different pick for u.
1) spiderman classics super poseable spiderman (mcfarlane stlye) more pricey
2) spiderman classics super poseable spiderman (hasbo repaint blk/red) same as toy biz mcfarlane version
3) spiderman classics snap shot spiderman a lil more bulkier, still classic red/blue color and poses great. he has been on a rise as of late but i got him 3yrs ago and its still my top version of him

Robogeek28 02-28-2012 08:14 AM

I've got my Mr. Fantasic in a similar pose but with his hammer hand extended in a punching position. That hand is a great way to balance him as well, especially since mine has had really loose hips since the day I opened him.:(

So, when I first saw pics of the new ML stuff, I told myself that I would not go head over heels into the line like I have with nearly everything Marvel 3.75. No big deal. Then today, I find the red/orange Ghost Rider. I had to buy this toy. He looks SO badass. I've long since sold off my old ML stuff, but I could not pass this one up. If I find the blue version, I'll probably buy it too.

I may pick up a few of these here and there, but my will is easily breakable. If I ever find that Dark Wolverine variant with the mohawk, he'll be mine.

itMFtis 02-28-2012 01:30 PM

Hah, same here. I wasn't going to buy any Legends but I saw that damn red flame Ghost Rider and had to pick it up. That of course lead to me buying 3 more figures from wave 1 and completing Terrax (by purchasing separate baf parts from users). Now I'm waiting for wave 3 to come out because there is nothing too appealing to me in wave 2.

Optimus Vader 02-28-2012 02:00 PM

To make it a hat-trick; I too wasn't going to get into these, but fell in love with a few and had to get them.. Ghost Rider and Rogers to be exact.

LapuLapu 02-28-2012 02:47 PM

Bang!! Shoot me as well , Guilty as charge ( hangs head in shame )http://i1081.photobucket.com/albums/...7/e4958a8c.jpg
( picked up at a Target )

I saw GR too ( the red orange flame one ) and im tempted to get him as well but knowing me if I start getting into these then its just straight down the rabbit hole for me so I resisted and put him back on the pegs.

Onslaught 02-28-2012 08:15 PM

Toybiz legends always seemed 'cheap'

Sorry if it's been asked, but what're we expecting with Wave 3 of the new legends?

Tiberius 02-28-2012 08:17 PM

Ummm, I think Blade is in the mix somewhere, and Punisher? Can't remember 100%

I think all we know of is US Agent so far. I hope we get a modern Cap version out of him either in that wave or down the line. Face off it to $$$ for me.
edit: oh yeah, and blade.
